Disappointing. The fried scallops, pork fried rice and sesame chicken were good . The fried wontons were all wonton wrapper and barely any filling ! Also had a slight spoiled taste to them. The egg rolls were still frozen in the middle . The wonton soup was terrible and came with no noodles . Definitely will not be ordering from here again .

If it wasn’t because their rice is ALWAYS half way cooked , I could give them 5 stars. I grew up in NYC, and China Garden is the closest taste to NYC Chinese food. But the uncooked fried rice is horrible. I keep going back thinking that it was a bad day, a bad batch, yet AGAIN, uncooked fried rice every time for the past 5 years.

Totally agree with the good reviews. I’ve been actively searching for good Chinese food in the area foe the last 3 yrs and tried several restaurants but love China Garden food the most. I had the beef broccoli and shrimp fried rice and both were a hit with my husband and young kids. The shrimp fried rice was a bit dry for me but since I had been given a spicy brown sauce to go with my beef broccoli I was able to use the sauce sparingly over the shrimp fried rice and it didn’t feel as dry. Other than that loved the food and services.

One of my favorite Chinese food restaurants I have ever tried. Food is always fresh, service is always very friendly, and quick. They give very good portion size , order is always correct and delivery is on time. Oh last but not least food taste excellent I definitely recommend trying them.

Fantastic food. They bring their A game. Extremely good quality, fresh ingredients. There is not a place in the area that comes close when it comes to everyday Chinese take out. Their food does not over do it with the salt and oil. Their vegetables are actually ripe and full of nutrient. The chicken in my chicken lo mein was fresh, juicy, perfectly shredded and totally natural, not that weird looking chicken you find in all the other restaurants. I really appreciate this restaurant they really care.

I feel like the quality of the food has degraded over the past few years that I’ve been ordering from them. It seems the dishes are going up in price by about a dollar every once in a while and the quality of the meal isn’t getting any better. I still consider it one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area, but it’s really nothing special.

Service is always very good, delivery is fast and they always pay attention to any special requests. The food is what you expect from Chinese takeout but definitely better than average.
I would like to see them invest some time and money into making the actual sit down “restaurant” a bit more modern and inviting. It doesn’t do their food justice unfortunately.

This is our go-to Chinese delivery option since 2008. Favorites are sesame chicken, Singapore Mei Fun, pork lo mein, and dumplings. Super fast delivery and nail it every time!

IMO. The Best Chinese food takeout in Rockland County. Wonton soup. Chicken chowmien. Chicken and broccoli. Shrimp with lobster sauce and teriyaki beef sticks………are some of my favorite dishes. Always fresh food. Great chefs and friendly service

I have eaten here a few times within the last year with no complaint. Tonight, however, I found a small piece of metal inside my wanton. I reported it to the staff and was offered another pint of soup which I declined. I gave my young child a wonton as well. I’m thankful that there was no metal in that particular piece.
