Served RAW CHICKEN!!!!!! RAW MEAT!!!! Rude and lack of empathy from the employees. They didn’t care I got served raw chicken by them. If I can give it zero stars I would or negative stars . This Wendy’s is the worst in quality of food and hospitality. The customer service is non existent there. I had got served raw chicken and I have photos to prove it. How those a place like that serve raw meat you would think they have timers for the cookers. After I took a few bites I realized something was off. The chicken was raw. I pray I don’t get sick from that or anything bad happens. I went back to the Wendy’s and spoke to the manager. But as soon as I got back there and it was 8:45pm the lobby doors were closed. There was a young employee emptying the trash cans and he could see me as I was knocking on the door. Wondering why the doors were locked so soon. I continue to knock on the doors and he’s ignoring me. After a while he’s like signaling me to go to drive through and I was like no! After he comes and finally lets me in and he’s like yes??? I told him I’m back here cause I was served raw chicken: he looked at me dumbfounded. I asked why the doors were closed he said idk. I said what you mean you don’t know. And then he tells me it’s cause lobby is closed. Mind you it’s 8:45 pm. I asked what time the lobby closes to the employee and again he looks at me dumbfounded and says I don’t know with earbuds in. Then the manager comes around to me cause I had called beforehand to complain about revolting matter or being served raw chicken. I asked the manager what time the lobby closes and he says 10pm. I’m like okay it’s 8:45 why are the doors closed now. He says cause a person called off. Mind you there’s about 7 employees on staff in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing . Some were on there phones. The lot was completely empty . Not busy whatsoever. Manager asks me if I want my order remade. And I said no!! In no way will I ever trust them or that place again after serving a person raw chicken. You can seriously make a person ill like that and give them food poisoning. The lack of care from the employees about the well being of other people. And lack of respect and empathy, customer service from the employees at that location in oak Brook terrace.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! One of the best fast food locations in general. Spacious and very clean. The food was made fresh to order and hot! The bathroom smelled so good, I was so amazed. Jerry was kind and attentive, sharing smiles too! Thank you team!! The energy was calm and relaxing, you didn’t have to talk loud and you could hear yourself thinking while you ate. Very pleasant!

I came through the drive through at 9pm and waited for someone to take my order after saying hello twice. I was very disappointed to pull around to see employees inside standing around and not taking my order. I come to this location 1 or twice a week and this will probably be the last time I do. You guys should probably consider getting a better staff and better management on the night shift because obviously they don’t care about providing good customer service. Now I see why a lot of the Wendy’s are closing down, because of ignorance like this. Hopefully you guys take the needed actions to get it fixed. Thank you.

★★★★★+ I recently visited the Wendy’s at 1 S 576 Midwest Rd in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, and was truly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, the windows were crystal clear, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The staff was exceptionally friendly—Sierra, Jarrett, Xavier, and the rest of the team were outstanding. Their service was phenomenal and absolutely deserving of five stars. I highly recommend this Wendy’s location to anyone in Oakbrook Terrace. Thank you!

First off me and my husband has visited this location multiple times and never had an issue but tonight took it to a new level. We ordered a taco salad and 24 piece chicken tenders. We get up to the window and I hand them a $50 bill. It gets passed around to three different people before coming back to the window and tell me they don’t have change for it. I pay it with my credit card not being an issue. We pull up to the window and wait for five minutes then the window opens thinking that we were going to get our food. We got handed a coffee which was not even on our order. We give the coffee back. They proceed to give us a frosty for our inconvenience, but the kicker is is that the chicken tenders were not even ready. They told us to pull over to the side or to their other parking lot and wait 10 minutes to give our chicken tenders to us. By far the worst experience I’ve had so far being there I will not be coming back. Sidenote, there was a kitchen full of people restaurant full of people. There’s no reason why our order should’ve taken as long as it did.

I have gone to this Wendy’s for a few years with no issues but today I had a great experience. Both the manager and another employee stopped by my table and asked how my meal was; something I don’t think I’ve seen in years. Even sit down restaurants rarely have the manager check on patrons now. Very cool old school commitment to quality.

Upon placing an order through the drive-thru, I overheard a male employee expressing his dissatisfaction with the quantity of food I had requested. He informed me that the amount was excessive for the day and that I should be parked. His remarks were delivered through the intercom, which was quite unprofessional. This incident has left me hesitant to return to the establishment. The order consisted of chicken nuggets, two burgers, and a frostys, totaling $30. Not much if you ask me. It was as if he wasn’t there to serve me as a customer. I went in to seek names and there was two males working one of them was named Kevin. Not to sure who said it

I want to Wendy’s for my lunch I only have a 30 minutes for lunch. Got in the Drive-Thru ordered my lunch and got back to my desk at work. I ordered a chick a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Opened it up start eating it and taste weird looked at the chicken and it was raw as all hell. So I called the restaurant and talk to the manager and told her what happened. I said immediately look at the rest of the chicken and see if it’s cooked. She said she will and she says I’ll put your name down and come back to the restaurant will give you a reorder of your meal. The manager was very understanding and very polite. I will give her a 10 out of 10 stars for having great customer service. I ordered my food about 12:00 I went back there around 4:30 after work. When I walked in and said who I was immediately she said I got you. Awesome customer service thank you guys.

worst experience at Wendy’s ever!!! Went to drive up and was rushed through the order with the person taking it. Paid for it they wouldn’t give me a receipt. Said I had to go to the next window. Got food and because she was not listening missing two items. had to wait for them to get it. I could see her talking to whoever in the store like it wasn’t her fault and it was and then they couldn’t give me a receipt at the second window. they said there was a problem with printing receipts. Got home and my burger was a double cheeseburger, which is not what I ordered. I ordered a burger, no cheese so again, not listening at the driver Up. Do not recommend this particular Wendy’s ever for anybody!!!

They have screwed up my orders 75% of the time but the rudeness from the woman manning the drive-thru window today was the last straw. She left something out from my order that I paid for. When I politely brought it to her attention, she didn’t make eye & didn’t say anything but threw the item at me. I’m sure working fast food is not fun but displaying even a hint of humanity isn’t that difficult.
