I’ve always been fond of Wendy’s, especially when the service is pleasant and inviting, this location felt both.
The employees while busy, looked at ease and in harmony with what they were doing. It’s says a lot about an establishment and it’s management when workers seem to enjoy what their doing. I truly believe that joy makes it into your food.
Clean storefront and tidy bathroom. They also use kiosks for ordering which was nice compared to my home location. It made ordering easy, acurate, and swift.
Overall a nice impression for my first time at this location.

I ordered burgers on a delivery app and they came to me basically raw. You’re a fast food joint…cook your damn beef! I guarantee I’ll be sick tomorrow.

This location has a new automated drive-thru opinion only, no more human interaction when ordering. The system doesn’t understand the phrase “cherry coke zero no ice.” On the receipt it did say no ice. Unfortunately, when I received my drink it came with ice. At least if it was out they could have asked me at the window if I wanted something different? Hope they figure it out.

Dear franchise Owners of Wendy’s, No One likes your AI drive thru! It sucks! Get rid of it! I couldn’t even ask for light ice in my drink or the most basic requests like no lettuce. Talk about a waste of technology and money! We ended up having to go into the restaurant to order food!
If Wendy’s keeps going with the AI stuff, you will soon find your restaurant chain to be closed. They already closed the one in Joliet!

I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by AI. I asked if I could speak to a human, and the AI responded again. I specifically wanted human interaction. If this is being used to save on staffing costs, then the pricing should reflect that I drove off without ordering. I don’t want to use AI or kiosks to place my order. If this is something they plan to force on customers, I will no longer eat with this company

This review has taken me awhile, but I wanted to take note of a worker that was there on July 11th at the front counter. I believe her name was Angela. She helped me with getting a bunch of lemonade for a bridal shower I was throwing. She was so sweet and friendly and really helpful. Thank you so much, Angela!

The food was mid, not great, but not the worst. Compared to other Wendy’s locations it was probably a 4/10. The restaurant itself and the service were horrible. The ketchup dispensers were disabled, they don’t have trays for people who eat inside, and give you barely any ketchup packets when you ask for ketchup. There was a swarm of flies around the garbage can, and about 10-15 more flew out when I tossed something in the trash. The lady who took my order either didn’t understand English fully, or was poorly taught how to be a cashier. She would suggest other items or amounts of an item, and then after I say no she perfectly inputs what I originally asked for. Idk if that’s a language/culture barrier issue, or if management teaches people to do this (which is bad). I have a feeling management here is the problem, since the ketchup dispensers and trays and lack of pest control near the garbage are all managerial issues. The food was all correct, but a bit stale, as if it was sitting out for a while

Food was good and they didnt mess it up. The associates did not seem happy and they had no problem showing it. I asked for extra honey mustard and the guy grunted and grabbed 1 saying here. I laughed saying to my wife looks like someone hates their job. We dont get wendys often and with this service it never surprises me

Anyone remember when Wendy’s hamburger patties where bigger than the buns? I do!! Now it seems buns are smaller and patties even smaller than the bun. SHRINK-FLATION FOR SURE. Dave is probably rolling over! Disappointed in my meal. Disappointed in Wendy’s!!

Upon entering what I could assume is a new establishment, the oder that slapped you in the face smelled of old burned and used again oil. The floors were dirty, walls flithy, and the soda machine one was out of order, and the other had fries stuck in the drain with filth. The buttons and screen were simply disgusting.
Chicken nugget one of them looked to have been eaten, fries tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Never again.
