HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN OR FIRE ALL THE CHILDREN THAT WORK THERE. Absolutely ridiculous, ruined my whole day and i will never ever go there again. Carless towards their customers, even the manager. Absolutely upsetting and disappointing for a god damn Wendy’s.

I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant until this visit. My wife was told sharply by customer service reps orders were not taken at the counter only at the kiosk. Placed and paid for order only to find out at counter items were not in stock. Fountain drinks were of few choices. Receipt machine didn’t print, but after I would not leave a Receipt was found after 5 minutes. Not very likely to return again.

The customer service is not welcoming at all. There was no greeting, and when I received my order, the young lady turned away and closed the window so fast, i dont even think she heard me say, “Thank you.” I heard a “yep” followed by the window closing. I ordered my food through the app and specifically asked for no salt on my fries. I shouldn’t have to explain the reason I can’t have excess salt just to have my order done correctly. On top of that, my fries were cold. So, as a result, my fries went to waste because I refused to turn around to go back to this location. This was a very disappointing experience.

the food wasnt bad but the service and the atmosphere were terrible. the cashier was rude, had an attitude and acted as if she was annoyed to have customers. locked my family out while we were eating as well.

Manager vero was not helpful, I had points for free frosty which first cashier said I couldn’t use because he scanned the wrong code, manager just said sorry you can go back around and try again with an attitude without me able to say even okay she walked away, people need to do better specially managers. Hopefully bigger boss sees this, this is something I wouldnt complain about but the way the “solved the problem”

Food tasted very good compared to other Wendy’s stores. The service was so fast that we were not able to fill our drink cups before our food order was done. We were in a hurry, so very much appreciated.

My family and I drove out here for a quick late dinner. We actually have two other Wendy’s near us but both dining area was closed and only had the drive-thru open. The manager here, Cameon was great. He helped take our order (nowadays you don’t see hard working managers in fast food). He gave some recommendations and we joked around. I liked that he had asked if we can take their survey and give him a like. Honestly, if he didn’t ask, I probably wouldn’t fill the survey out and give a review on Google. It was great that he asked for the survey because I probably would’ve just focused on the family and didn’t pay much attention to the quality of the members and environment at this location. I probably wouldn’t have really tasted the food as I should and just went ahead to finish a quick meal and called it a night. When people ask for a review, they’re not just trying to get likes, they want to know what they need to fix to make their store an A+. The food was great, the place was clean, the members were all friendly, and most of all, the manager was involved.

Worse Wendy’s around here, went with my kid to have dinner, the restaurant was completely empty (no wonder why) and there was only one car in the drive thru, an employee came up to me and said that it was a 10 minute wait before anyone could come to take my order, this is by far the worse customer service I’ve ever seen, I am a manager myself and I know when someone is just been lazy, they need a real manager or just go out of business once and for all. I am not coming back ever and I am going to talk to everyone I know about the horrible experience. Do us all a favor a go out of business please.

Today we had a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, small fries and cherry coke for a quick lunch while on our way to do errands. Fast food is fast food but today Wendy’s hit the mark on how Wendy’s fast food is supposed to taste! Fresh, salted fries and crispy bacon on the burger. It’s been years since we had fresh and fast Wendy’s and it was quite delicious. Glad we stopped at this location for lunch.
