I went through the drive-through asked if the new ghost pepper fries had the ghost pepper ranch on it, they told me yes, it does not. Just know the ghost pepper fry sauce is like a spicy butter/oil. They were good but I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known it was just gonna be spicy oily fries

My last experience here was just terrible. The fries were cold when they’re supposed to be fresh. My chicken sandwich was missing lettuce when it was supposed to come with it on the sandwich. The online menu said this location had hot chocolate and they told us they do not have any. And I had 5 items and everything was just squished into one small bag. If I were you I wouldn’t eat here.

Very bad customer service. They didn’t give me straws, refused to give napkins, they forgot about my large fries and I had to go back. The tray was defective and I got all the soda over myself, and when I went to the window of drive thru they gave me attitude. The manager (woman) was very rude to me and I was just being polite. So, I recommend people to not go there and go to another Wendy’s because the customer service was very bad here. My family and I had bad experience.
