I would say this is a 4 1/2 stars. Service was very good. Pizza was well above for the area. Restaurant was clean and inviting. You should check them out if you’re in town.

Visited to try it out and ordered the lasagna with a salad and came with a small garlic bread. The service was good as they were about to close but still waited on me for a “To Go” order. The lasagna was good surrounded by melted cheese. The salad was fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, lettuce, onion and bell pepper with an Italian dressing. The price was right for what I received. The service was friendly and prompt and not giving me the We’re about to close routine. I might suggest the plastic ware needs an upgrade. I would return here to sample some more dishes.

We dined in a few weeks back and we ordered, respectively, 2 steak subs, a steak calzone and a slice of pizza. All the food we got was amazing. So delicious… so we couldn’t wait to go back. Today, we ordered online to pick it up. We ordered 2 orders of lasagna, potato skins, onion rings and a steak sub. Our experience was completely opposite. The lasagna has no ricotta cheese in it and is covered in a greasy cheese, the potato skins looked like they had been sitting out for a week and they didn’t come with the bacon, sour cream or scallions, like the menu says. The steak sub was loaded with salt so I couldn’t taste anything but salt. It was disgusting. The only thing half decent were the onion rings and even those were soggy… We will never go back.

My experience was terrible. First of all I ordered using their online service and ordered a Mountain Dew, Buffalo shrimp and a seafood pasta with fettuccini noodles. I call the store to tell them and was told by the manager that they don’t sell Pepsi products but on the order you can clearly see that I ordered a Mountain Dew and if they don’t have it then why is it an option? It was replaced with a coke without so much as a phone call for courtesy. I also received some kind of bland popcorn shrimp salad that is not remotely close to anything Buffalo. I was told my Buffalo shrimp would be replaced and then a few minutes later I got a call back from the manager saying that they looked at my order and I ordered a Buffalo shrimp salad when clearly, I did not and looking at their menu, that isn’t even an option. It says Buffalo shrimp not salad and the price was 7.99 for a large as that was the only option. Only one part of my order was right and that was the chicken parm. I will never go here again and anyone else who does be warned. The customer service is awful and apparently their online order and delivery service is just as bad and inaccurate. Would give zero stars if that was an option. The best part of this experience is the kind delivery man who brought my food. Not my first bad experience with this restaurant but it will be my last experience as it is clearly not ran well and they do not care for their customers.

The staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is great. It sometimes take a while for the food to be made but it’s 100% worth it. They have an excellent selection and the food is so delicious. I clean my plate every time. I highly recommend this place.

Went back after a ok first experience. First experience the wait staff was great but the food took forever. The food was worth the wait. Good enough that even though this restaurant is 30 mins round trip out of our way when we pass through we looked forward to going back. The difference one visit can do to change your impression of a restaurant. Waitress tried but was not properly trained by management.. 3 out of 4 orders not even close to being right. The one order that was correct came out cold in the center. All I can say is that I won’t be going out of my way to eat here again. Sad this restaurant has potential but it would take pages to explain all the mistakes and after awhile they were inexcusable.

Excellent dining experience! Third time there, the salad was freshly made from quality ingredients and one of the best I’ve had in a while. Garlic knots sounds boring but were truly delicious, tender and buttery and just right. Tutti di Mar was fantastic, fresh mussels, big tasty shrimp tender clams, sauce had just enough garlic. Service was attentive and outstanding. Prices are very reasonable, the same meal I had would have cost at least 1.75 times as much if it were up in NoVa and it would not have been as good. Great restaurant and a wonderful addition to the community. Didn’t think to get a photo as I was busy enjoying the food.

Worst experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered 50$ worth of food for delivery and only two items were right. I received no phone call asking about substitutions and when I called to speak to someone I was called a liar when I had the order right in front of me. Second bad experience with this restaurant and giving them a second chance was a costly mistake. Avoid this restaurant if you value your money and time.
