Burger was over cooked, no mustard, I asked for no cheese, no mayo, no ketchup, so they lifted in plain. The pickles taste old and dirty. Not much lettuce $13, n it suck. I haven’t tried the chili yet, be back soon. They wanted a $1.00 for a dash of cheese in the chil, I’m ill to cook at home more. So the burger was $7 & $6 for chili. Food in Minnesota is so bad

I can’t really speak on atmosphere but as someone that orders Door Dash, that doesn’t come without its own issues, in particular with sometimes not getting the right item even. I unfortunately don’t have the the ability to drive by again to get it fixed. I’ve had chicken wraps that weren’t wrapped tight enough, very losely in fact, and I had to wrap it myself properly. And yes, doing it myself isn’t too much work, but I would rather have it properly wrapped the first round. I once ordered saucy chicken nuggets and got spicy chicken nuggets with no sauce. I once ordered a Brownie Chocolate frosty, but unfortunately I got the Brownie vanilla frosty. In their defense, they do get my orders right about half the time. But unfortunately it feels like I’m gambling to see who will actually give me my correct order. I can never know if they leave out things I’ve been craving. At first I excused the first 2 times of getting the wrong item. I get that often times it can be due to the lack of people getting properly trained. I bet that would be really hard to work with. But unfortunately it’s now happened 4 times now? I really hope your store does get the support needed to do better but until then I don’t trust this Wendy’s to do a good job. I don’t think all of them there are bad, but unfortunately it doesn’t change the fact that some aren’t very good at their jobs or don’t care too. And for that I don’t want to spend more money than I need to.

They claim 24 hours but half the time the lobby isn’t even open even at 3:00 in the afternoon. They take absolutely forever they ignore the customers inside and prioritize the drive-thru and even the drive-thru takes 30 minutes to get through. I only stop here cuz it’s close but if there was any other place that opened up nearby I would never visit this place again.

Went through the drive thru about 1215 AM. No cars in line. Service was terrible as the person was mumbling everything and couldn’t understand him. The spicy chicken sandwich was cold and likely had been sitting for a while. The French fries were soggy and cold, again from sitting for way too long. The coke tasted like it had cinnamon in it for some strange reason. Chili was hot and delicious per usual. The new chicken tender ranch wrap was also fresh, filled with ingredients and nothing compared to a McDonald’s snack wrap (highly recommend). No napkins in the bag **I went through the drive thru- should be an automatic thing to give out** Would not visit this Wendy’s again until they up their customer service and make new food when people come through late night, they are open 24 hours a day btw.

We live near by this location and work late shifts and tend to come at night and it never fails that the guy at drive thru is super rude to us! We love some wendys but always decide on somwthing else due to the customer service, its been awhile and today decided to go for some and like always the service is such a disappointment loses the appetite to enjoy our food, todays food quality was just as a disappointment as well, this store really needs to improve on the customer service and freshness on food!

FYI if you are reading this in January 2026, the lobby will likely be closed due to worker safety concerns stemming from the I.C.E. presence in the Twin Cities. If you do a mobile order, recommend doing drive thru pickup

This Wendy’s is in a strange location, but the staff are excellent – service is quick, accurate and friendly. These folks are hard workers. Wendy’s food is Wendy’s food, but (for dine-in) the fries here are consistently much better than expected.
