The general manager has not an ounce of professionalism in his body. I went there and waiting 30 minutes outside parked and they ended up forgetting all of our potato wedges. The GM blew up when I came in to get them. Threw his entire crew under the bus saying “I just got here, it’s not my fault” as if I was upset they forgot it in the first place, no, he had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a management position and I don’t know how he is employed. Then he said I can get out and “you should’ve just cooked at home.” There was a nice woman with shorter hair who gave me a refund, she ought to be the GM considering she knows how to properly handle customers.

I’d give the service 0 stars if I could. The cashier was rude from start to finish. And didn’t ring our order up right. (That she repeated back to us) and then told us WE were wrong. It was a simple order of 5 small frostys that she only rang up 2 then said “you didn’t order 5 on the speaker”. And as the window was closing yelled about us being stupid.

I was in the drive thru at 8:45 pm when they close at 10pm. Sat for 10 minutes as a line of cars formed behind me. I gave up and pulled around to se if there was anyone there. There were at least two employees I saw and so I pulled back around. Each car that was behind me, and now in front of me all sat at the speaker for maybe 5 minutes before giving up as well. Second time through, when I drove by the windows, the employees were ducked in an attempt to hide.

Food took a very long time and was wrong. Didn’t realize it until I was home and just got food from somewhere else and will skip this place. $27 for 2 Burgers, Fries and 2 Frosties and they couldn’t get it right and it took nearly 10 minutes from ordering until the food arrived in the drive thru. It wasn’t busy and there was only 2 people ahead of me.

We ordered the baconator meal and a large chili with sprite and Dr Pepper, also asked for the chili sauce packets they have there. Didn’t get the chili sauce packets and didn’t get my sprite. But my boyfriend didn’t want to go inside or knock on the drive thru window again and bother the workers to get their attention to ask for the sprite. But I thought I would get my sauce packets but once we got home I notice I didn’t get those either. Also to add on we were sitting in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and were the only ones in the drive thru, so not sure why it took so long considering that it’s fast food
