Be sure to check your Drive Thru order! I’ve had several instances where wrong food, or missing food occurred. Many times missing dips for chicken nuggets or straws are missing. Good place, but check your bag!!!

Apparently this location thinks that the mobile app requires me to add cheese to a JBC and/or the Single Cheese in order for the cheese to be added. We ordered both of these and gor NO Cheese on either and NO bacon on the Junior Bacon Cheese. But it was my fault because “if I don’t check the box it takes it off.” FALSE! But the employees probably never order using the app. Plus ALL the other Wendys locations haven’t ever gotten this wrong before… We order thru the app all the time and have done so in multiple states. Next time don’t blame the customer. Incidentally, they did make it right (but forgot the mayo I ordered). Unimpressed. This isn’t rocket science and there are plenty of other places to have a quick meal. Next time we will go elsewhere. That’ll be my fault, too.

My husband and I came in for food at 10:30am. We weren’t 100% sure if they were still serving breakfast, so we were standing at the counter, kind of wondering to each other out loud. My husband said “well the breakfast menu is still up.” At that moment, a worker walks around the corner and flips it over and glares at us. I said, “Oh, they’re NOT serving breakfast anymore.” We had obviously come in right as they were changing over, which was probably irritating, but after we got our food and sat down, we could hear workers yelling at each other in the back. It didn’t ruin our meal, and I’ll definitely still come here, but it wasn’t my best experience with this restaurant.

Terrible service and food at this Wendy’s. The staff is so apathetic and unpleasant. The fries are always undercooked and the sandwiches are always messy and poorly made. The building is a mess. Go literally anywhere else for food, because this place is a waste of time and money.

Personally my favorite fast food place, mostly just because I like their chicken nuggets more than anywhere and that I keep getting them for free, trying to get hired is a whole other experience if they don’t bother sticking to their word about calling you back
