Some of the chicken nuggets were stuck together, ones that were stuck together were a tad undercooked. Some oversalted fries. Over usage of sauces and under usage of toppings on burgers and sandwiches. It takes a while for someone to take your order if you walk in, and even then, your food may be cold. The atmosphere is good if you walk in though, so long as you enjoy cold rooms.

I’ve been dashing the past three nights, and each time I’ve had to go into the lobby. Tonight, during a snowstorm, I went inside again. The door was unlocked, so I pulled around through the drive, gave the order details, and pulled up to the window.
There was a car in front of me that sat there for about five to ten minutes. Once they left, I pulled up. The employee poked her head out and told me to pull forward because the chicken nuggets would take about five minutes. I pointed out that I had just waited behind the previous car, and they weren’t asked to move. She said, “Well, that’s the difference between one minute and five minutes.”
Honestly, that made no sense. Nuggets don’t take that long, and it felt unfair that I was treated differently.

Freezing in the dining room. It was warmer outside where it was 42 F. Totally ridiculous and unnecessary. The chicken nuggets are the size of quarters. Only good thing was the variety of seating to choose from and the view outside of the large picture window.

I’m uncertain as to what it says for the youth of the area that the drive-thru staff won’t take a joint as a tip late on a Friday night, but I know it’s not anything good.
Food was great, though. Hot fries. Atmosphere threw the vibe off.

This location is very organized, clean and efficient. The staff are very friendly and patient. I highly recommend this location especially if you want a quiet meal. I’ve come at 10 am and 3 pm on weekdays and usually I’m the only customer.

I normally get a frosty here then and there. I grew up with different Wendy’s at my town – one I even used to work at – but this place is nothing like it.
GV students should be warned that the night time staff are randomly rude and inconsiderate towards their guests. I go on late-night bike rides, and there was no lobby closed sign on the door. As another worker was taking my order, I was suddenly confronted to leave by another staff member, who was very direct (to the point of coming off as a little aggressive and pushy). I haven’t even said anything yet, and her sudden confrontation left me a little confused. I then apologized and asked if I could go through the drive thru on my bike, and they denied me service for “safety” even though I have been able to bike to my hometown’s Wendy’s and be served after hours in their drive through with no issue. I don’t own a car, and I didn’t even know of any type of policy when I worked at my Wendy’s. I wasn’t able to have wendy’s that night, even though I believe they could’ve easily served me if they wanted imo. I have no hard feelings, but this was my very first negative encounter with a restaurant worker, and it left me very confused on whether it was me that did something wrong or if they were busy/overworked that day.
After reading the reviews, I’m sure it wasn’t me and it’s more on the staff. Also, my friends have had similar negative experiences. It’s clear this establishment may be ruining Wendy’s reputation, and it’s disappointing to see that having worked at Wendy’s before at a different place. My friends said that it’s this place in particular that gets the bad rep around campus, and I can see why. I sincerely hope it gets better this year.

Horrible location! Customer service is terrible. Asked me to wait for fries to get done which I had no issue with until almost 10 min later all while the frosty’s they had already given me sat there melting-asked to have frosty’s replaced and girl felt bottom and said “it still felt fine to her”. She did eventually replace it but it looked exactly the same so who knows if it was a new one or not but her attitude about it was terrible especially after I had waited for fries. Correct thing would have been to bring everything out when fries were done not let frosty’s sit there that long. I will say girl at window was nice.
