I waited 20 minutes for an order I ordered online. Then was asked to pay for our meal which was already paid online and all we gave them was a name. We had to remind them of the whole order to make sure we had everything and then I go to eat my sandwich and it’s literally as hard as a hockey puck and so was the bacon. This Wendy’s is always hit or miss. I’ll drive across town the next time I suppose, if I’m ever hungry for Wendy’s again.

Like everyone else, I’m obviously given the wrong food or missing food every time we come here. That said, not only is this the worst Wendy’s you could waste your money at, it exclusively employs the worst employees of any business you could encounter. I think it’d probably be appropriate to disclose that THIS is the local Wendy’s when you sell your house.

I ordered a 10 piece saucy nugg, a regular 10 piece nugg, and a large fry and they just gave me two normal 10 pieces with BBQ instead of making them how their supposed to.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a manager in my life. The manager tonight was openly rude, confrontational, and embarrassingly unprofessional in front of her own employees. You could tell the staff was uncomfortable, which says everything about the leadership in that store.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was cold and the place was filthy. Basic standards weren’t met on any level. After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this behavior is a pattern, not a one-off bad night.
This manager is actively driving customers away, and I can’t imagine how much business she’s costing the owner. I will never return, and I strongly suggest ownership pays attention before more customers do the same. Oh and it was the old looking lady with blonde hair and blue eyes if that narrows it down.

The lady In the drive thru was very pushy to rush me to order right away even tho it was only 9:30 am and they were no where near busy. The French toast sticks literally looked & even tasted like a yellow cleaning sponges, they didn’t give me a whole meal that was ordered had to go back thru drive thru again. The potato wedges were terrible. Won’t be going back

Went through the Drive Thru today, it took too long waiting to order. When we finally got to the intercom we had to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to acknowlege us. Came up to the window had to wait another 5 minutes before the cashier acknowledged us then mumbled the price. As we waited noticed no smiling faces not a lot of employees bad service. You guys need to take a class on fast food and costumer service.

Yeah honestly if you want Wendy’s don’t go here, I ordered a NORMAL cheeseburger, I get a bacon cheeseburger with WAYYYYY too much mayo, their pop is nasty it has no carbon, I wanted a Dr. Pepper not a coke, fries are stale. This Wendy’s is awful

I met Wendy personally and she rocks I love her red hair and her food is so freaking scrumptious. I recommend going back there over and over and over again. Wendy’s rocks my socks! Their food is so good that I would go back every single day like every day over and over and over and over and over and over again. You won’t ever get sick of Wendy’s food because they make it fresh and it tastes so freaking fabulous. Wendy is a great lady and she helped us with so many things and I would recommend going back I know I said that already but I’ll say it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again!
