If you like spicy food you have to try their new ghost pepper ranch sauce . It was awesome. Staff is always friendly and courteous and don’t mind that I talk and flirt a lot (I am mindful if there is a line though). Handicapped parking is very good but they do not have buttons to open the doors. I would like to see a few bar-heigth tables and chairs to make it easier for me to stand back up.

I hope you are aware you have the most distinguishing disrespectful man I have ever met working for your company and taking peoples orders. He is extremely rude especially when you have children in the car. If the child even makes any noise he is yelling that he can’t hear and that you need to shut your child up. Then he continues to be rude as you are ordering and doesn’t even get your order right. I have had him twice at about 3:30-4 o’clock on wednesdays after I get my son from daycare and each time he has been disrespectful. Today he basically threw two frostys at me and when I said one was supposed to be strawberry he went and got one that was overflowing and had no lid and tho I mentioned it 3 times he still didn’t give me the sprite I ordered. How he treats customers is disgusting and he should not be working in that position if that is how he is gonna act.

This Wendy’s will have the longest line out of all of your options. The indoor dining area is a joke. Half the time, they are not open, which causes a problem for the customer when they dont get your order right and you have tried to enter all 3 public access doors, and they are locked!! It’s only 5 pm on sunday. I had to walk up to the last window where another car was already expecting their meal, and I had to get in the way. Remember, they already have a slow line issue. I bet this isn’t helping.

My grandson came in and bout two frosty’s and an order of fries. No spoon or straws were given for our frosty’s he turned around went back up to the building to get straws and the doors were locked at 5:30 pm. Close and locked the doors during dinner hours. Poor service.

Slowest “fast food” in town, waited in the line for 30 minutes. Got a bacon double stack but my sandwich had onions, 7 pickles and no bacon on it. Then got a Dave’s double that was plain with just cheese on it. Only thing they got right was the drinks. This place is an absolute laughing stock. They never get an order right and you always wait at least a half hour. If I was the owner I would fire every last one of these employees and start over.

West Ave wendys will not take drive thru pick up orders. I had to sit and wait in line just for them to tell me I had to come inside because they are now open inside. I don’t know how hard it would have been to make my order and hand it out the window. A sign needs to be made telling customers no drive thru pick up or they need to suspend the option on the app.

Placed an order on the mobile app for pick-up at the drive thru, when I reached the box I was told that they make mobile orders come inside to pick up food. This was disappointing. I went inside, let the cashier know I had a mobile order then waited for almost 20min to get my 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. The service is ridiculous at this location.

The food is usually good and fresh here. However, I find they can be somewhat slower than other locations. I haven’t ever had a messed up order and the staff is really friendly. My only, “complaint”, is the dining room not being open. Maybe staffing issues? Last time I checked you couldn’t dine-in. That’s a bummer. Overall, if you have the time, it’s a great Wendy’s.
