My favorite salad is the spinach with seasonal fruit and protein of choice is the sears tuna. Absolutely delicious! So fresh and crisp. The best blue cheese dressing in town. This salad never misses I literally could eat it every day. Great service. Peaceful and relaxing environment. 10/10 would recommend!

I love Fresh 2 Order. The food is truly fresh! And the man who greeted me at the counter was very nice. I get the fire grilled chicken plate with the mushroom cream and grilled veggies. DELICIOUS! That mushroom cream sauce has got something in it that makes me keep coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time and meal at Fresh to Order at the Cumberland Mall. Kevin was so kind and provided excellent hospitality. I ordered a fresh Asian salad, lentil soup and fried calamari.
Everything was fresh and tasty! I enjoyed tasting the wild mushroom soup and the various salad dressings. I chose the ginger apricot vinaigrette and southwestern ranch. Kevin added a pineapple ranch sauce for my calamari! Awesome!!
The raspberry lemonade was delicious and refreshing. The croissant that accompanied my meal was light and flavorful.
Thank you Kevin and Shalise for your excellent suggestions and customer service. I will definitely return to this restaurant my next visit to the area!

The service was remarkable. The assistant manager took our order. He’s so polite and friendly. We both ordered the grilled salmon with black bean orange sauce with mashed potatoes and baby green salad. It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The salad was fresh and light. Our chicken skewer appetizer was delightful and crispy. The dining area was a bit chilly but otherwise clean and comfortable.

Absolutely love the food here. I have been eating F2O for years. My favorite menu item is the veggie burger with a black bean patty and a house salad. Even though I had not had it or even been to a F20 in years, it was as good as I remembered. Also, loved the pineapple lemonade. I think the thing I appreciate most about this restaurant is that they prepare good food simply, with fresh ingredients. In a day when a lot of what you get when eating out comes in a bag that attention to quality matters.
Mark and Kevin are also both really friendly representatives of the company, and their hospitality was outstanding. It didn’t feel like I was eating at a restaurant. It felt like dining with friends or at someone’s home. They were personabe, kind, and were attentive in a way that was the antithesis of robotic like you often see.
They both made a point of checking in on us and ensuring we were enjoying our meals. It was a great experience that made me want to come back again. Five stars for them and the rest of the crew at this location.

F2O is probably one of my favorite in-between restaurants. It’s not quite fast food, but not quite a restaurant. For years this location has been the closest to any job I work and I love that I can dodge in real quick for some good food. For the most part, no matter how my diet changes, I’m able to find menu selections that fit it. Most recently, I’m only eating fruits, veggies, and healthy carbs so I opted for the black bean burger vegan style, no bun. I appreciate that their menu is also clearly labeled so its easy to stick to any dietary preferences. After years of being an avid southwest salad with blackened salmon girl, I wasn’t at all disappointed. I can always count on their service to be quick, whether in person or online.
My only slight is that it can be tricky to find parking, especially if you come during a peak time (since it’s connected to the mall).

Ed was my host. He and his entire staff was amazing. I enjoyed my food and I enjoyed the suggestion that Ed made to grab the mushroom sauce roast roasted chicken, with soft roasted vegetables. It was amazing. I recommend this location here at Cumberland Mall to anyone looking for a great time.
