I am honestly disappointed in the quality that Wendy’s is giving out now. We had 2 medium meals and 2 biggie bag orders shoved into one bag, resulting in sandwiches squished. The wrappers are covered in grease like they have been dropped in the fry holding bins and still used. It’s just sad that this is the quality that is considered acceptable. Steer clear and drive the extra distance to get something different.

Do not go to wendy’s in mason today they need to get it together. We waited for over 30 minutes just to get a chili and a couple burgers, which should not take that long even short staffed for fast food. Their customer service was terrible, the drive threw window was kind of open so they had a employee standing there more worried about shoving her face with French fries then putting our food in a bag and handing it to us that was just sitting there ready to be handed out. By the time we got everything it was cold except for the chili obviously because it says hot for a while but what the heck dude. Just know they are NOT worth your money today!

Potentially the world’s slowest drive through. We waited about 25-30 minutes to get to order in the drive through. Once we placed our order it went pretty quick. Got back on the road to find that they had given us regular chicken nuggets instead of spicy and had not given us one of the fries we’d ordered. It seemed like there were teenagers running the place and the food was not very warm.

There is no hope for this place. I was told to pull up and he will bring out my pop to me? He never came outside. All doors are locked on building at 5pm. He stood inside talking. They mess up 50 percent of orders and you have to wait 30 minutes through line again for correct items. Most all of our town gave up on them long ago. You will soon too. The higher ups I believe just can’t run a place and hire correct people.

I went to get food the other day and that day would be the day after the big storm and I went to go inside to eat but there lobby was closed and this was during the damn day no reason u should have your lobby closed only cuz ur drive thru was busy.. so yeah 1 star. Have fun with that.

I just literally watched the drive through employee climb out of the drive-through window, and then back into the building through the window. His feet definitely touched the counter… we also had to restate our order 4 times. Bacon and sausage do not sound alike at all.

Terrible. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, I was the only car there. Then, the food came out cold. Ordered my drinks with no ice, and received ice. Sent them back in and said “no ice please” again, and they literally came back out with ice again. This location might as well just shut down. Terrible.
