The worst experience yet. Took about 45 minutes to get my food from the drive through. I was told it would be another three or four minutes for hot nuggets and then waited an additional 20 in my car. One staff member was very friendly, the other seem to grumpy and annoyed that I was there. Only plus was food was hot except chicken sandwich.

Slightly annoyed that I was pulled forward in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes for a breakfast burrito this morning. When I went inside to check on my meal, I was greeted with a rude individual. No smiles, no apology, she definitely didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She wasn’t even wearing any Wendy’s uniform. She was in jeans and a hoodie. Hopefully her attitude changes as the day goes on. I probably won’t return to that location.

I don’t usually do fast food reviews but this is the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. The food is always fresh, the customer service is great, and it’s clean. If you want to cheat on your diet, the junior bacon cheeseburger is the best little sandwich around.

Came through tonight at about 6:40 and got the baconator meal in the drive through. Staff were fast and polite, but they forgot my fries. I think they were a little preoccupied with some drama going on lol.

I am honestly disappointed in the quality that Wendy’s is giving out now. We had 2 medium meals and 2 biggie bag orders shoved into one bag, resulting in sandwiches squished. The wrappers are covered in grease like they have been dropped in the fry holding bins and still used. It’s just sad that this is the quality that is considered acceptable. Steer clear and drive the extra distance to get something different.

Abysmal experience- we dined in for an order we placed on the app. Long wait, order was messed up. The actual restaurant was… rough. Not a single clean table or chair at 9am. Stains on everything including the walls. Food and paper all over the floor. Clogged ketchup dispenser that blasted my clothes. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not be returning. Rough.

Was my favorite place, after my cancer, coke was perfect, I actually went 2 or 3 times a day just for the coke, NOW awful, I won’t be coming anymore, what a shame! this place has change big time, worker are rude, and you wait forever, what the happen??????? And I did buy meal and other foods, but I’m done with this place
