Edit.. my visit today changed my mind onn this place. Cashier was touching money, the register, scratching her face and her back under her shirt and then making orders, placing fries and nuggets on trays. Her fingers were touching the food.
She contaminated everyones food. I tried to video her doing these things but of course my phone stopped recording as i stood there holding it.

The guy that’s working the drive thru should absolutely not be working with customers. He was beyond rude while we were ordering and kept asking if we were done yet then didn’t give us the sauce we had to pay for supposedly even after we told them we did not get sauce with any of the sauce we ordered with our meals or napkins or our drinks we ordered. An started to get aggressive with people definitely needs to be taught how to speak to customers & have some respect.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid if possible. So slow and didn’t read reviews before. We were in a hurry to get somewhere and it took us 20 minutes after we already ordered online. Once pulling up they said they never received my order and to just leave. Meanwhile I already paid through the app. They said they couldn’t make the food because they never received it. I asked to speak to the manger and she refused to speak to us. Got out of the vehicle and went inside where the lady had it placed on the counter and nobody said anything. Once inside it smelled like a combination of cigarettes and B.O. Worst Wendy’s ever.

The worst Wendy’s in michigan which is ashame cause Wendy’s has the best burgers. I’ve tried coming here soooo many times, only made it thru the drive thru once. I don’t understand why they are soooo unbelievably slow. So slow actually, I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Thought out an entire day I doubt they serve more than 10-15 ppl max. Takes usually around 45+ minutes. Like I said, I made it thru once without leaving, still took like 20 minutes.
