We came in later in the night on Thursday with our two little kids and the place was empty. The one employee was out cleaning tables greeted us and was also our cashier. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I believe their name was Zay or Kay, according to the name tag. I brought in coupons and they were very accepting of them and helped us get our order together. As we were still getting our drinks, our food was ready and we were trying to get the drinks to the table while also getting our toddlers settled in the seat and the employee brought out our food right to our table and was so accommodating even with our kids being silly. We really appreciated the service and thoughtfulness of this employee as it made our experience so much better. As parents to toddlers, we don’t get to eat out much because there is always a bit of anxiety around whether the kids will behave and luckily our kids had a great time at Wendy’s and Zay’s service made it even better. I also will say that we have been to other fast food in the area where technology has taken over the customer service and it has completely destroyed the experience. At the other place there was hardly any contact with any employees and they seemed like we were a bother and we were forced to order on the screens. We’re millennials and know how to use the screens efficiently but we do truly appreciate a human connection service, even at a fast food place. That’s our one meal we can afford to eat out at and we will think more about where to spend our money at and would choose to spend it at places like this Wendy’s where technology hasn’t fully taken over. I really wanted to write this review to let Zay shine and know that their kindness really made our night, we truly appreciate it!

If you want poor customer service, lack of care for unavailable products, and snarky comments from staff, this is your place… otherwise, AVOID.
I’m a Wolverines fan, I’m use to trash talk, but come on, it’s got its right place and right time. I walk in to place a big order for my family wearing my Michigan hat, and of course, the staff mocks me for it. Then as my name on the order, instead of actually asking for it, the guy who took my order wrote “Michigan Sucks.” Clearly focused on all the wrong things…
The self-serve machine for soda was out of all Coke products, Dr. Pepper Products and other things as well. They had no lids out for my drinks, either. On top of that, they forgot my fries for one of my meals which I had to go back in for. Then, I get home, and my wife found they also forgot the sour cream for her baked potato.
When I brought up the issues the SECOND time I had to walk into the restaurant to get the fries I mentioned, I called them out, and told them they should focus more on the stuff that they are out of for the customer instead of on the insults towards customers, the response from who I believe was the shift manager was, “Better luck next year, have a good day.” Absolutely asinine response feeding into already terrible customer service and experience.
Maybe, just maybe, instead of being focused on trying to come up with “clever” insulting names for a customer’s receipt ticket, the 6-7 people they had standing around should focus on improving the customer experience. I’ll be traveling to the Hartland location from now.
Final note for the Holly Wendy’s location, be careful… Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t know that these remote Wendy’s locations can afford to lose too many more customers.

We had a very disappointing experience. While we were trying to place our order, the employee taking it was interrupted by another employee who cut us off and told us there would be a 10-minute wait because they didn’t have what we ordered—even though we weren’t finished ordering yet. Our order was simple: burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and fries.
When we got to the window, we paid and only waited a couple of minutes for the food. Despite the short wait, everything was cold. The chicken tenders were extremely dry, hard, and burnt to the point they were almost black.
We tried calling the restaurant afterward to explain the situation, but no one answered the phone. Overall, the service and food quality were very poor, and it was a frustrating experience.

Fast, friendly service. Coke machine had many unavailable flavors , but our host (Gavin) let us know ahead of time and offered to get our cherry cokes behind the counter. Tried the new Loaded Nacho burger combo, was pretty delicious, fries were fresh and tasty.

Was doordashing, picked up 3 orders between 1030-11pm. Girl at window was extremely rude like I was an inconvenience. I was polite each time and got an expressionless face and no response at all. Just handed me the food and turned back around. The wait seemed a little long on the 1st and second order but I think they were short staffed. I had also gotten an order for myself earlier in the day and it was missing the dipping sauces.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Wendy’s in Holly, MI. The nuggets were burnt, the burgers were cold, and our order was still incomplete. The manager, Skyler, showed a poor attitude toward customers, which made the visit even worse. If you don’t enjoy your job, please don’t take it out on paying customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on today’s experience.

Mobile order was missing 4 sandwiches somehow. Also had one of the sandwiches made wrong. Returned to the ‘restaurant’ to get missing items and the corrected sandwich. They gave us the wrong 4 items on the order and remade the wrong sandwich the same wrong way again. Not happy wasting gas and still not getting it right. Won’t be back to this location.

So the guy at the drive through names Alex is the best employee this Wendy’s has ever had! He is funny, polite, got our order right the first time. He needs a raise. He’s the first person who wasn’t crappy or half assing their job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five starts for Alex specifically.
