Social Profile:

Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!

Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

My 1st time and I chose Valentine’s Day. Not sure if it’s always 1.5 hours wait time but I was so happy that there was extra seating that I noticed at the bar. The hostess didn’t even mention it. I had to ask her. I probably wouldn’t sit there again because it’s a little chaotic. The server was good. Over friendly, but good. The food was fantastic. My only issue was that I was asked twice what kind of toast. Both times I said WHEAT and still got white. I also ordered fried eggs that unfortunately were greasy. I would definitely go again. Oh….I ordered one pineapple upside down pancake. It was so good but it should come with a side of syrup because all of the toppings were centered. Leaving the edges very dry.

We tried Snooze Eatery for the first time, and everything was wonderful! The ambiance was pleasant, and it wasn’t too busy. The chicken sausage was delicious, and the extra spicy sauces were fantastic. I also really appreciated the friendly service. Highly recommend!

It was super busy, but we still got sat relatively quickly. Our server was kind and attentive. I had the pancake trio that was amazing, as well as a lavender lemonade and their special bacon. I will definitely be back!

This is such a delicious and cute little brunch spot! The pancake trio is a must try for anyone who loves a variety of pancakes and can’t make up their mind. Their libations are the perfect buzz to your morning brunch. All the staff here were super nice and the restaurant decor was cute and cozy.

We came here for breakfast, and it was such a great experience! The food was delicious and super fresh, and the service was amazing everyone was so friendly and attentive. It can get busy on the weekends, and there’s usually a 30–40 minute wait for a table, but we sat at the bar and were seated right away. It was perfect for me and my son, great atmosphere and great food. Definitely worth the visit!!

Hard to get a 5 star from me, but this place deserves it. By far my favorite brunch spot, with lots of interesting menu items. Definitely not your typical mom and pa breakfast diner, this place has an electric retro modern vibe and will make a lasting impression on anyone who dines here.

Retro look, eclectic menu with a full bar in the am . Lots of interesting seasonal drinks and good food. The breakfast burrito with chorizo added was fantastic, lots of fluffy scrambled eggs, black beans, cheese, hash browns – big enough for 2 to share or 1 very hungry person. Strawberry cheesecake pancake was delicious. Cappuccino was yummy. ☕️

My sister was visiting from California and she had always raved about how amazing your restaurant is. This experience with our service left us underwhelmed. My espresso martini super good and strawberry pancakes were great. Our server left much to be desired. Never checked on us after food was served so when she finally came over to give checks I mentioned I had a to go order which would have been given sooner had she ever bothered to check on us or refill our drinks. She quite literally rolled her eyes as if we caused her a huge inconvenience. Very unprofessional. Then my mom also placed an order to go and again with the eye roll. To make it worse when she brought my order, and not mom’s no big deal. She made it a point to mention since she waited so long it would be a few. Again with an attitude. I’m sorry but my meal for myself and son cause the five of us split our tickets was $68. She is lucky after the attitude that I still have a 21% tip. Food great but due to this servers poor attitude we will not be back.

My family and I visited Snooze yesterday at 9:00 AM to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had originally planned to celebrate over the weekend, but the weather kept us apart. Since my mom lives an hour away and was coming into town to help me with some work, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to treat her.
Unfortunately, our experience started on a sour note with our hostess, Kimmy. I arrived a few minutes after my mom, daughter, and granddaughter. As I walked in, I heard my mom politely asking Kimmy if we could be seated in a booth or anywhere other than the specific table she had chosen. Kimmy huffed and snapped, “Well, if you want a different seat, you’re going to have to wait even longer.” This felt incredibly odd, as there were only three other groups in the restaurant and maybe two uncleaned tables.
We ended up being seated at a long booth, wedged between two gentlemen to our left and a party of eight (including six children) to our right. After seating us, Kimmy never brought us menus; we sat there for about eight minutes before our waitress arrived to help. Had it not been so cold outside and had we not been toting around a two-year-old, we probably would have left right then.
Because we were seated directly next to six children, the noise level was so high that my family couldn’t even hold a conversation. From my seat, I could see Kimmy at the hostess station about 90% of the time. She only moved when a new party arrived, at which point she would act like “Chicken Little,” frantically trying to clear a table as if the sky were falling—despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
For the 40 or 50 minutes we were there, we listened to children shouting riddles at the top of their lungs. Our chairs were practically touching theirs. I don’t blame the kids—children should be able to have fun in public—but if we had been seated elsewhere, my family could have actually enjoyed themselves.
On a positive note, our waitress was absolutely amazing—the kind of sweet, attentive person who makes you want to return. After we paid, she had a manager come over to speak with us, which was a nice gesture. However, that didn’t overshadow what happened as we left. While I was getting my granddaughter ready by the door, an older couple walked in and asked to be seated away from the entrance because it was freezing outside. Kimmy gave them the same “huff” and told them they’d have to wait because no other tables were clear. Again, virtually all tables were empty.
I don’t run a restaurant—I’ve spent most of my career in social services—but I would never go into a client’s home and treat them like a burden. We all have bad days, customers shouldn’t have to suffer for it. If you want to save yourself $75.00+/- and avoid being treated like a nuisance, I suggest going elsewhere. We love Flapjacks, since they are closed on Mondays, we took a chance on Snooze. We won’t be making that mistake again.
