If I could give less than 1 I would. Tables were filthy with other people’s trash on them because the cans were overflowing. The photo was taken just after they decided to change the bag but couldn’t even close the door back. Tables outside were clean because it rains everyday. However the cans was overflowing. No chicken nuggets and couldn’t say if they were making anymore or not. No ketchup available. They were out of it. Half the soda fountains didn’t work. Forget about getting a fork. Had a small box open on the counter like they just picked a box up at Walmart. No napkins available. Asked for some and for three of us, we were given 1 yes ONE napkin to share because they were just about out of napkins. Having a blind child eating a potato bowl gets a little messier and requires more than one napkin for 3 people to share. We asked for more so we’re given a total of 3. Lack of napkins made sense after I saw a male employee walking out of the bathrooms with hands dripping in water looking for paper towels to dry his hands when I realized the napkin I had in my hand were the bathroom dispenser type napkins so ya, they were giving us bathroom towels and they were almost out. What happens then? Place should be shut down. Food was cold and disgusting. With 4-5 employees just standing around chit chatting about nothing, the place should absolutely be cleaner. I placed a complaint higher up on this KFC because it was that bad and I have never done that before.

First ever food chain where we waited for almost 45 mins for a quesadilla. If you’re in a hurry or want to save sometime don’t even think of going here. Staff was not responsive at all. Atleast a courtesy to let people know if its taking time but instead they chose to stay away from front end desk. Customers like us who were waiting in line has to inform people who were coming in.

Hours are posted everywhere that they are now open 10 AM to 10 PM, we were there at 10:50 AM. The drive-thru was open, however not the main restaurant. When asked if their hours were 10:00 to 10, I was told by the drive-thru staff that it was so I asked why they weren’t open in the main restaurant, I was told a staff member was late and given a horrible attitude, especially at pickup for the food. The woman gave me a dirty look. Very ridiculous. If you want Taco Bell in the outer Banks, I recommend you go to Kitty Hawk.

I first off order a large green bean and the man even recited it as a large green bean but instead charged me for a regular how is this a regular this is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed in them. You can literally see the bottom of the bowl. They are rude and ignorant people too they think everyone is a tourist even the people who aren’t and so I think that’s why they do this. Who ever the manager is please do something about this. This place used to be mine and my family’s favorite.

The man who waited on me was so ridiculous I was shocked how blatantly rude he was as I tried to place my order at the counter, he kept huffing and puffing as though I had done something wrong for trying to place a order and interrupting him from being outside ( which btw I couldn’t believe that there was 3-5 workers hanging out in the front and chatting loudly even after my family entered and stood at the counter just waiting and waiting for a worker to come in and wait on us) obviously from how filthy the place is they don’t go in much and clean there to busy hanging out with friends than working… it’s so unsanitary in there that I’m surprised it’s not been closed, my shoes were sticking to the floor from something that had spilled at some point in there and not been cleaned up, the tables were disgusting the bathroom was even dirtier..in general my visit here reminded me why I had stopped coming to begin with.. sadly this place should be shutdown gutted and cleaned and and new owners,managers and workers need to be hired because the ones here obviously could care less about this place.. warning AVOID AT ALL COST! if the locals who supports this place off season would boycott it here maybe they would shape up and change for the better….as for now”” I recommend NOT coming here..
Aug.2019″The taco bell/ Kentucky fry chicken , is a hit and miss. The last 2 times before this visit, we had at least $10.00 of food missing. The chicken is usually very greasy, and overpriced. ..the taco side is a hit & miss. Avoid the meat products. The sides are usually good.. but in general food , just isn’t good. But tonight I will say the young man waiting on us was very nice. And had no issue when told a item was missing, glad we weren’t home this time. Sorry can’t say much better. But maybe with time the food will improve.

Dining area was dirty, they didn’t have anything to drink but water the machines for soda were broken and they ran out of chicken tenders (5pm) they had to cut a filet.

Our chicken was wrong, it was supposedtobe1/2 originaland1/2 extra crispy. It was incredibly small. The sides were only half full. It was over $60.00, and we waited for 20 minutes.

Service was poor. It was busy but employees acting like they didn’t know what was going on. Wait time seemed endless.
Meal was like warm and portion was minimal at best. Ordered famous KFC bowl, 2 pieces of chicken?? What?
On the wall was a rating for cleanliness, 96.2% I believe, how? Place was quite dirty.
A shame considering the amount of people working.
