One of the better of this chain. Wendy’s USED TO BE known for their quality. Ordered in the building & dined in the dining room. Food was correct for a change the FIRST time, was hot, fresh, & surprisingly good as past experiences have not been good at any of the other area locations.

This location on S. Saginaw St. in Grand Blanc is the best Wendy’s, that I have been to, outside of Canada many many years ago. Everything about this particular location, from our visit, was very enjoyable including the service, but I rated it lower because I feel our cashier should have given us, based on our order, a suggestion to help save us money. It wasn’t until after we sat down looking at some of the window posters that we saw a poster that had “buy one sandwich get something for a dollar” The sad part about that is one of those sandwiches was what we had ordered but we didn’t realize that we could have saved money on the second item which was the same thing that we ordered. I feel that if the cashier was aware of it they should have given us a recommended suggestion. But our food was great the atmosphere was nice and someone did help my granddaughter with her self-serve drink. I will be back to see if it’s “consistent” but I still will not put Wendy’s app on my phone, it’s just nothing there to cause me to have it there.

This Wendy’s had great service! The lady who took our order was very sweet. I got the Cobb salad and my husband got the biggie bag. Both were warm and tasty. I think the salad might have been premade, but it didn’t taste wilted or more than a day old. Very happy with our lunch!

They only gave me 8 nuggets in my 10 nuggets order and when i asked for my two nuggets she told me they fell into the bag. They were not in the bag and she closed the window before i could say anything. Not very swag 🙁

When I went through the drivethru, thr drive thru lady was dismissive and unresponsive during my entire order being taken, I ordered a small mango pineapple lemonade with no ice as part of the biggie bag. When I got up to the next window, not only was the drink the wrong size, it had ice in it. I’ve worked in fast food before and am understanding about mistakes happening, I tried nicely asking if I could get the drink remade with no ice, I would even give the drink back if they wanted. The lady who spoke with me (also the same lady who took my order) told me that I can’t get it changed or remade at the window, and that if I wanted it a certain way I should have ordered it that way. I clearly remember me telling her twice during my order taking to have no ice in the drink, and because she didn’t give me my reciept, I am unable to see what was rung up instead of what I ordered but would it be so much trouble to remake a drink with no ice? I have never had as rude an experience with any fast food place as I have had here today, and honestly it makes me wonder if I should support this location in the future.

This location is very hit or miss on quality no matter how you order it. Delivery is almost a guarantee of cold food or missing items, while going through the drive thru is a tossup on if you get what you asked for or not. Delivery I can understand because sometimes stuff happens and the food is ready before the driver or the driver goes elsewhere first, but lately even going to the location doesn’t help improve quality.

Food is decent, but staff are rude and they are very slow. Slower than the Burger King right next to it, but definitely not as slow as the Taco Bell over by the expressway. Still, worth going once in a great while if you really enjoy the food.
