We ordered from Wendy’s and we got it delivered. We ordered a kids meal (toy was not included), a10 piece and 4 piece nuggets that were not in the bag and a chili cheese baked potato that had chili the consistency of soup mixed with greasy cheese and the potato was just floating in the middle of it. We’ve ordered from this location before and things were missing from the order etc. We love Wendy’s but this is ridiculous we paid 30 dollars for a baked potato and kids meal. Never coming back to this location.

This place is crazy. They are grabbing tenders and food without gloves. After touching money. The lobby pop machine is “broken” when asked. “We can’t fix it” that’s the answer. It’s laughable. I’m literally in the lobby laughing at how bad the service and food preparation is. Negative stars would be more fitting.

Manager was caught by me trying to steal 6 dollars from my change. When I asked for a full refund she told me she gets off at 5 I can meet up with her than. She didnt want to give me my money like an adult so I snatched it and I am applying for her job. Avoid at all cost til under new management

Food was horrible. Taco salad was changed and now it’s disgusting. My son’s burger was small and full of grease. The fries were overcooked. Food has gone way down. Not good like it used to be. Will not go back

This place has come a long way. I honestly believe that Wendy’s has the best fast food. I’m a fan of the chili, baked potato, chicken nuggets that contain good meat, delicious and fresh burgers, I just love this place. Absolutely adore the new frosty flavors and the coated nuggets and the baconator fries. The different lemonade flavors makes it worthy of a drink stop. But I got sick of this bitchy manager and a few unhappy crew. But they hired a ray of sunshine recently that will have be coming back more. She’s so friendly and sweet, happy to answer questions and recommend. Shes young and has long dark curly hair, often worn in a braid. Best hire at this location in a long time!

I never leave reviews. But I went in and needed to charge my phone and check my emails because my phone was on 1% and I needed to send a couple of work emails. I was about to get up and order when 4 or 5 of the workers just started staring at me uncomfortably. None of them approached me, they just uncomfortably stared at me for several minutes. It was one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I didn’t get food, I just left because of how weird it was. They awkwardly stared at me as I left the place. Very strange.

The food was actually alright. But the service isnt very good at prepping and keeping the line moving insi. Fast food shouldnt take 20-30 minutes to make. Management and team need to restrategize. Im just happy the food was for once warm and not messy. Please do better wendys.

There was a lady that took our order. She can’t be forgotten because of the sound of her voice.
This lady could not have been any ruder or condescending if she tried. Then after she had a hard time getting the order, we waited at the drive up window for a good while. But expecting freshly cooked food the chicken sandwich was warm at best and didn’t come with cheese and no mayo. But had no cheese and 5x the amount of mayo I would think usually comes on the sandwich, the fries were a cold, yes cold greasy over salted mess. The strawberry lemonade was all ice(asked for no ice) and had just a tint of red to it. Had the taste of plain water.
Will never return here. The service and food were absolutely horrible

Normally I really enjoy the breakfast at Wendy’s but this morning I was served a uncooked honey butter bacon chicken sandwich. Didn’t notice on the first bite since it was a small piece of chicken but once I took the second bite I immediately could tell something was wrong picture attached. I had contacted the store and spoke with an Amanda but was informed that I would not be able to get a new sandwich today but if I come back at a later time I could say that she said I could have a new sandwich. I dont think this was the proper response since I could possibly contract a foodborne illness from it.
