HORRIBLE SERVICE. They got my 1 sandwich order wrong in the drive thru. Turned around and went back. Inside i go to find the same thing with the guy at counter. Young guy behind the counter said “They was busy and mistakes happen”. 2 cars in the drive thru and 0 in the lobby is not busy. The work ethic in this world is HORRIBLE and it shows at this Waterford location. This location used to do 30+ cars and hour. Horrible. . .

The trainee was a little nervous but she was great.
She was very friendly but the burger that I was served was not.

I stopped by the 3170 Elizabeth Lake Waterford location and it was a miserable experience. The fries were obviously re-fried and old. The spicy chicken sandwich had an old and tough bun. The chicken patty itself was thin and tough. The spicy nuggets were cold and borderline inedible. The only saving grace was the chili.
This location is constantly out of resources. Today, it was large cups and dipping sauces.
Either let this location go or support it properly. I will not be eating at this location again. Their food prices are out of control and the quality is just not there.

Not the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Food was cold when I got it and my order was incorrect unfortunately. Frosty tasted good though! Used the app to order.

Hands down, the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a while. And that’s saying something. Wendy’s overall has been on a decline for years and getting worse daily ( thank management for that) Today’s visit was due opening. The person at the drive through window never greeted me, never gave me a total, never said anything, just reached for my card, and handed me a bag. The person on the grill has no idea how long a burger should stay on the grill. Both patties were burnt crispy around the entire perimeter of each burger.
I realize that this is NOT 1980 but dayum… Highly recommend NOT visiting this restaurant

At lunch time, I ordered a spicy chicken burger and fries. The fries were fried for a while and were no longer crispy. There was nothing on the table where ketchup and napkins were originally placed. I had to go to the counter to ask for them.

They put the wrong order in and apparently they will not make any changes at the window, even if they are the ones that messed up. I worked in fast food 24 years ago and you could make changes at the window, but apparently weve gone backwards? The kid at the window made a simple mistake but his manager is throwing him under the bus with this type of rule. Horrible leadership.

Drive thur was quick, chili hot but the southwest avocado salad was old. Guacamole starting to turn brown and tasted awful, lettuce was not fresh and was turning brown as well and the tomatoes soggy and were old too. The chicken was dry, old and tasted awful. I have ordered this salad before and it was fresh, crispy and was delicious. Was very disappointed to order this for a 2nd time and receive a old, soggy horrible tasting salad.

If Dave were still around, he would probably tear this place down with his bare hands. Horrible customer service, routinely charges more than posted prices when they say the sandwich on the sign isn’t in the computer anymore. Most likely never going back.
