Went threw dive threw very slow. Had to go in to get my salad which was sitting on the counter. They said they were waiting for the person ahead of me to get their order before bring out mine. What the hell should I have to wait for their order if mine was ready they should bring it out. Second time i went there and still slow. Never had that problem at the chesterfield Wendy’s.i will go there from now on.

I will never come here again. My chicken nuggets were very overcooked, hard as a rock and crispy. I didn’t get the ranch i ordered either. I ordered a baconator but they gave me a son of a baconator. I ordered a coke, but it tasted like they gave me a tea. And not only that it wasn’t even full all the way either it was literally half way filled.

I went there at 11 am and bought a burger that I ate right away and a salad to eat later at work at around 3pm same day the hamburger was good but the salad the chicken was good that was on the salad the chicken avocado salad but the lettuce looks dark and old and I’m just hoping that that picking up the chicken and bacon won’t make me sick very very disappointed as I spent $20. I don’t know if you can see it in the pictures but the tomatoes are old and overripe and the lettuce is all wilted some of it Down Right rotten

I went in about 9:30 last night and I was told by a gentleman with a head set on to hold on cashier was in the bathroom . When he came out he seamed a little confused with his register. I ordered a number 1 meal and asked for fresh fries I watched this gentleman get a bag of fries and drop a half a dozen on the floor were he then kicked them under the frier. I got my meal but my hamburger was cold. Next time I’ll ask for a fresh burger to. I was really happy about them opening up a Wendy’s up here but I’ve been disappointed with this one more than once. For eleven fifty I expect a little better.

This location obviously does not close at 12 AM. Or at least the employees lied to me today. I pulled up to come inside and the guy in the drive-through window motion to me that they were closed. Upon pulling off I seen a whole line in the drive-through. Upon checking the hours here. It says both the lobby and the drive-through are open until 12 AM. So if the lobby was closed today, why was I not redirected to the drive-through? Maybe people just do not feel like doing their job here? Ridiculous.

I came by this location with my mother for lunch on 7/8/23….the young guy at the window first of all…was not very friendly…secondly….they screwed up my mom’s order….and their fries were way to salty…….and THEN….forgot to give my mom her debit card back! So we had to go all the way back to get her card!

Food always amazing, burgers always hot! I come here for the ghost pepper ranch BURGER, some of the employees don’t know that they have it… I think it would be benificial if you teach them everything even if you guys aren’t aloud to offer it!! Your employees are always looking to make the customer happy and I really think you guys did a great job training! Thanks for sticking with me thru this pregnancy with fresh food and great service it is Friday at 5:39 your employees that are working really deserve a raise for dealing with my attitude
