Came here on Friday around 5 pm. No one ahead of us in line. Waited several minutes watching cars getting orders through the drive thru. Fries sitting on a tray at the counter getting cold. Finally the order was ready and it was incorrect. Took it back saying we might have gotten someone else’s order. He took the tray and came back a few minutes later trying to give us what was the correct portion of our order. We asked for it to all be made fresh. Took several minutes again but we did get the right order the second time and it was warm. I will just go to a different location next time.

Ask for a junior bacon cheeseburger with just mustard and they give me a junior cheeseburger with nothing on it and white cheese. I mean a cheeseburger has yellow cheese and they couldn’t even get that right this is like the seventh time I’ve been to this Wendy’s and they still screw up my order. Went inside Wendy’s wanting to order a few items.. I stood at the counter for 7 mins before anyone helped me so I ended up only ordering a frosty.. that then was first made wrong and then I was asked if I would take vanilla because the chocolate wasn’t working after I was charged for it. Fast food places need to get their act together. It’s not fast or convenient at all anymore

The people on shift are horrible! The food was complete trash! Asked for a bacon double stack nope no bacon, a crispy chicken BLT nope no B or L or cheese. The nuggets were so hard you could of broke a window with them and the fries were no better. Apparently coming here just after changeover from breakfast doesn’t matter, you don’t get fresh food you get yesterday’s leftovers! This Wendy’s use to be good. Such a disappointment

I went there at 11 am and bought a burger that I ate right away and a salad to eat later at work-at around 3pm same day….the hamburger was good but the salad: the chicken was good but the lettuce looks dark and old and I’m just hoping that picking out the chicken and bacon won’t make me sick, very very disappointed as I spent $20. I don’t know if you can see it in the pictures but the tomatoes are old and overripe and the lettuce is all wilted some of it down right rotten

Finally, a well run Wendy’s!!! Salads were perfect and fries were nice and hot!
Went there again and had really delicious food. Fries were hot and the burgers were tasty. PS – I’m not related in any way to anyone who works here or owns this location.

This place is an utter joke. You wait forever for your food. The employees are rude and the food is cold. I’d rather drive a little bit further and go to the Richmond Wendys. They are at least friendly and helpful and the food is always fresh..

This place has the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. Came in behind a group of 10. Person at the counter took their order. Then proceeded to fill the orders. Has other costumer came in the store. They were standing in line for 10 minutes with nobody taking their orders. Girl working the the drive thru window had no cars and stood there watching the Person at the counter fill orders and didn’t offer to help or wait on the 4 people at the counter wanting to order food. No other employees offered to help. All but 1 of the costumer at the counter left. One of them was me. This is also at 1pm during lunch rush

I’m here at 8:30 on a Saturday morning when this location is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m., and the doors are still locked. The service here has been consistently disappointing — orders are often wrong, and the staff doesn’t seem organized. This location hasn’t even been open that long, and it’s already going downhill fast. It really needs new management or serious improvement.
