this place was a hot mess. not a single one of the employees seemed to know what was going on. i ordered my food at 9:15 through the app so i wouldn’t have to wait after getting out of work. show up and it seemed they had no clue what was going on. i’m guessing they gave my food out to somebody else and had no idea what went in my order by the way they all looked at eachother when i pulled up to the window, even after confirming at the drive through. i didn’t end up getting my correct order until 9:54 and even then everything was cold and no where near worth $30.

The girl at the register inside with the braids. Crazy how slow she was and I could see the guy handing my order over to her to bag and she turned to me and said it would be 10 minutes like wow. You know I can see you right… I can see the guy getting my order together all you had to do was bag it and hand it to me. She was so so so slow. No way could she handle the front by herself.

The last two times I’ve been here the service has been really crap. Not the attitude but the lack of attention to the items on the order and in the bag when I drive away… granted I should check my bag before I leave, BUUUUTTT why should I have to when it’s two breakfast sammiches and a large order of potatoes?!?!? So, I did not get my large order of seasoned potatoes and that made me feel like y’all were just lazy today and didn’t want to give me my taters. The visit before this I ordered chicken nuggies and they were SOOOOO OLD!!! Me not being an employee can see how these should have been thrown out and new ones made. I would have waited for fresh nuggies!

I believe this particular store is for training cuz.The cashier had no idea what he was doing. I asked for a triple with no cheese playing. And when the sandwich came back, not only was the meat cold, they had put cheese on it. But the cheese wasn’t even melted. I let the cashier know, and he tucked his teeth and muttered,” hold on” and walked off. By the time I got the correct sandwich, my fries were cold as well. I would have just accepted that, but he slammed the burger in the bag on top of the fries.So I said, did you really need to do that? Another employee came up and asked if my fries were cold and I said, yeah, so she got me another one. That was one of the only saving graces for this place. Like I said, this must be one of the training stores…

We paid $35 for 3 meals. I ordered the expensive salad and the lettuce was brown and wilted. They used to give sour cream with the taco salad but no more.

I came here and was over charged. When I asked for a receipt they asked me to pull up and wait for it and gave me( see pic) so I sat there because clearly puzzled because this didn’t add up to $20 and the top was ripped off. Once they seen my car wasn’t moving a girl came out the door and said we charged you for 2 cookies here go yo money. I didn’t even need to say anything. Food was NOT good at all. See pic. Not fresh. Definitely don’t recommend

I ordered a #6 spicy chicken through the drive thru only to get home
and not be able to even eat the sandwich. it was at least 2 to 3 days old
or left over and reheated in a microwave. I could not bite into the
chicken on the sandwich, it was like rubber. I tried to contact the store
and there was not a manager on duty to speak to. I have photos that i am
sending to the oakland county health department. This store needs to be
shut down.

Came here after work at 11pm. And all I can say is wow. Even though it’s late, and near close. Don was super happy and energetic when he took our order. When we asked if they had spicy nuggets still, he told us of course and they’d be fresh for us. We only waited a few minutes and he was super friendly when he brought us our food. 10/10
