I ordered and paid online. The food wasn’t ready. I ordered a South West avocado salad with no bacon and added sweet onion. Then I got just chicken, lettuce, cheese and onion but no tomatoes and avocado. I had to pay an extra fee to order online. It was a very sad experience with Wendy

Not fond of this Wendy’s. We never get what we ask for through the drive through. Tonight we ordered butter and sour cream for our potato’s, it was even written on our ticket. We drove off to a place to park and eat. Guess what? No butter, no sour cream, no forks and no salt. I guess we shouldn’t complain because it has happened so many times that we should have learned by now.
