Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found a hair in my fries, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to apologize. Even worse, they refused to throw away the contaminated food. This is a complete disregard for hygiene and customer safety. Disgusting and unprofessional

Did an online order. Food was wrong went back and since they weren’t on breakfast anymore it was all cold and couldn’t be remade. Mind you i was at work and had to make two trips there which cost me additional money having to leave work for a 7 dollars meal. Then I was treated like I was the issue. The other gentleman in drive thru did apologize to me though. My first and last time at this Wendy’s location.

I do not like the kiosk ordering inside, please let me talk to a human. Also, why is it in every bathroom they put the toilet paper below the bar? Think about it, it needs to be above the bar so you don’t whack your knee, you can reach it, and you don’t scrape your hand up trying to get it started and tore off the roll. Other than that food is great and the person that handed me my food was super nice.
