I don’t visit Zaxby’s often in general but this was my first visit to this location in St. Augustine. Upon arrival I immediately noticed a new item on the menu and what looked to be a full meal. Unfortunately, the 3 chipotle ranch taco were more bread than ingredients and resembled nothing like the picture displayed at the drive thru. I also ordered a large order of fries but they were warm and over seasoned. Lastly, my strawberry lemonade drink had ignored my request of light ice. Give this visit a poor rating review and wish Zaxby’s food resembled advertisement.

I come to this Zaxby’s pretty often and always have a good experience, but today was even better. I always order on my app ahead of time, but this time, I accidentally had the wrong Zaxby’s selected.
I ordered and came to pick it up, but they weren’t able to find it because I had placed it for the wrong location.
Without hesitation or me having to ask, the manager asked what I ordered and made it for me without charging me anything extra.
Even though this was my mistake, they valued the customer experience and that means a lot as this is not something you see much lately.
They have definitely earned my business in the future!

We had to go back around and still got the wrong order we got 2 fries instead of the grilled cheese half my family didn’t even get there food the 1st time and then we went back and they messed up our order again after waiting 10+ minutes (after tasting the food it taste horrible)

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Highly disappointed mobile order 11/22 5:00pm pickup. Sat in the assigned parking spot for 10 minutes after checking time. No one ever came. No cars came through the drive through. I finally decided to go through the drive through. The food handed to me had obviously been sitting there READY for some time as it was wet, soggy and cold. NO SAUCES provided so I sat there staring at the staff through the window for at least a whole minute before a young lady opened the window as if I was an inconvenience to her.

Tried this place on three separate occasions… absolutely horrible each and every time. The wilted brown lettuce and mushy tomatoes on my last attempt… just close the damn doors already you’re not even trying. Never again. What a waste of prime real estate and my money.

Zaxby’s is our wings to go to! We love the hottest sauce they have. Salad is good, too. Easy to order,not much if wait time. Friendly staff and the inside of the restaurant are clean.

I’ve been coming to this Zaxbys since the first day it open. I’ve never seen a restaurant continuously improve week after week. The food is always fresh and all ways correct. (Note I’ve dine in once a week for the past year). The crew they got in the front of the house is fantastic, nice and quick. Always doing their best to keep the tables clean and available. Takes your order quick and the food is hot and ready even quicker. Been treated like a regular and I really enjoy that. I would love to shout Mr.John who possibly gives the greatest customer experience service you will ever get in a Non-fine dining restaurant. I’ve been be greeted every time I walk in a door by name at any restaurant as quick as I did at this Zaxbys. Always brings the food to the table and makes sure I have enough drink in my cup, napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper, & ETC. Mr. John thank you so much for your dedication to serving others! You are the face of this Zaxbys!

The food is great! But the place is missing manners and friendliness, they are to concerned about standing around gossiping instead of smiling and saying thank you for coming.
