Order a taco salad, and got chili with cut up hamburger inside. No fork to eat it with, because apparently they were out of forks. Ordered a spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich, and ask for no cheese, and no ranch. The receipt even says no cheese or ranch, but it did in fact have cheese and ranch on the sandwich. The person who took our order was friendly enough I suppose, but didn’t listen to a single thing that was said. He was very impatient, and wouldn’t let us speak fully without interrupting “is that all?”. We only ordered three meals, and they couldn’t even get three meals correct. I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service is really great, or really bad. I am very disappointed in my visit to this store. I really hope they fix the way they’re running things.

The lobby was locked so we had to go through the drive-thru. And they forgot one of our French toast stick orders. We had 3 and were only given one syrup. So that was pretty disappointing. And we were traveling so we didn’t want to go back after getting on the interstate again. We made due but still sucked.

The attitude from the drive through female employee on 5-11-23 830 am was very disappointing. She made a sideways comment on how long it took me to figure out what food I wanted at the order screen which was about 2 minutes mind you nobody was behind me. Learn how to treat customers or find a job that you don’t have to serve people . I work in the service industry and this specific employee needs to learn how to treat people. I go to this Wendy’s all the time but I will take my service somewhere else from now on.

This must be where people who don’t want to work, or are incapable of completing menial tasks, find employment. If they get your SMALL order incorrect, they don’t fix it. They hand the incorrect order to someone else to hand to you while trying to stare you down. Very odd place.

My spicy chicken sandwich was so old and tough due to sitting in a warmer for too long that I was literally unable to even take a bite from it. Not the first time we’ve had an issue here, but absolutely will be the last. No amount of apologies will get me back.

The lobby is closed most of the morning…. so if you’re in an RV, Truck, bus or any larger vehicle that can’t utilize the drive through, you have to walk up to the window in the rain, freezing and so forth. No access to restrooms as well because of this… Why are you treating your patrons in this manner?
