As someone who works nearby this Wendy’s, I often come here for lunch and I am never disappointed. One very notable thing is that the workers are always very kind and often make conversation while waiting on my food. Another thing is that they always have a very good country music playlist, so the vibes are always nice whenever I come for lunch. And I haven’t had a negative experience with the food, which is always a good thing. Overall, I am very impressed with this location.

Nature warns us that bright colors mean danger, I didn’t think it applied to ppl too! The blue haired lady wouldn’t answer my question. The bags made no sense. I ordered three biggie bag meals. They put all the nugs and fries in one bag, sandwiches in another. Nothing like digging through the bag to find everyone’s meal. Didn’t give us any straws because she was too busy talking with the other workers. Not horrible but something to improve on

I just left the drive-thru with what I thought was the $4 deal. I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and 4 nuggets. Get home and I have a plain cheeseburger with nuggets. Try to call to let them know of the mix-up but it seems they have their phones turned off because I’ve tried multiple times and keep getting a recording. How do I contact them first with posting? Guess I can’t so I’m just going to post. This has happened to me at this location before. Whoever is loading the bags is not watching their screen very well because they load the WRONG product. So to all: check your order before you leave the drive-thru window because chances are good that it may very well be WRONG.

Paid $21 dollars for 2 kids meals and 2 small frosties and a large Carmel cold brew. Got pulled forward They came out with the frosties and kid meals. No drinks that came with the kid meals or my large cold brew. But I was so distracted trying to get my kids food laid out for them to eat comfortably in the car So I left. 10 minutes down the road I realized so I tried to call. The phone number online didn’t except calls at that time. And of course the receipt wasn’t in the bag so I’m just SOL
I live a hour away from the store so driving back for that is not in my plans. But I’d love for someone to reimburse my lose.

This location specifically is the best Wendy’s in maybe all of Northern Indiana. Friendly staff, fast service, and if anything goes wrong they always do their best to make it right. Highly recommend.

I’ve been living at the hospital with my newborn son, he was 10 weeks early, im over an hour from home, living at the NICU, took a night to get my other kid to spend time with since weve been apart. We love wendys, so we decided to dine in. It was halloween night. He ordered the double stack bigy bag, I the #1 Dave’s Single. A couple bites in it notice the burger im eating is still raw in the middle, I stop my son from eating, check and his burger is raw inside too. Mind you im a NICU mom, I cannot get sick, otherwise I cannot see my preemie baby, I cannot breastfeed my preemie baby if I have food poisoning, I would have to pump and dump if I were to become sick. I showed a staff member and granted she was quick to get us both new meals, but after that experience we didn’t even eat the new food that given. Luckily we did not get sick, but I was definitely worried we would. Not a good experience especially during the time I was going through.

Went through drive through and ordered a sandwich, 4 pc nugget, med fry and jr fry. Asked for bbq sauce for the nuggets when I got to the window. Got that in the bag but no nuggets and no receipt so I don’t even know if I was charged. Of course their phone is not taking calls.
