I’m not sure about anyone else. But when I spend money on food I am expecting it to be fresh. This chicken sandwich I just tried to eat has a mean dark discoloration going on like it’s been sitting for a while not even close to being fresh. this will be the last time I buy from that place

This Wendy’s deserves five stars because everything went smoothly from placing my order to reviving it. We have to wait a few minutes to get the order but that is because they had to make the burgers fresh. I can’t complain about that. They were very busy when we pulled through and they still managed to get everything put together correctly. It’s easy to forget how hard working fast food is but it’s not easy so I always commend a fast food restaurant that handled every thing in a professional way. Especially when it’s during a busy time and they are working under pressure. We had chicken nuggets, fried, Biggie Bags with the cheeseburgers and Dr. pepper for the drinks and everything was done perfectly. Thanks Wendy’s!

Ordered from DoorDash for my pregnant daughter and she didn’t receive most of her order and what she did receive was incorrect; and if you have ever been pregnant and hungry then you will understand how frustrating it was for her and then for me. I just don’t understand how you mess up an order that bad honestly. The quality of food keeps going down the later it gets at night but that’s probably because of the pay they receive but nonetheless if you are going to do a job then do it right or get bad reviews. The manager was nice and offer the only option she could in that moment to help so not attacking anyone specific except for the person who made it knowing there is no way someone just ordered a small sandwich.

Okay so. Wendy’s is one of my top fast* food places. I have my go-to meal combo, it never fails. But this time I decided to get something new. Me and my partner spent almost $30 on 2 combos for pick up. After ordering via mobile I went immediately to get the food.

How can I give a good rating when the employees are too lazy to unlock the doors to let customers in its 320pm lobby isn’t supposed to be closed until 10pm and they have family or friends chit-chating at lobby counter refusing to open for paying customers 3/29/2023 not sure how to call store owner or corporate so a bad review is what I’ll do. I saw them look at me looking in the window and they deliberately ignored me and one other customer bare minimum she wasn’t happy as she drove away complaining they did the same to her.

We got drive thru, and they “forgot” to give our credit card back, and when I asked for it, they suddenly had it without having to look away and without even apologizing for the mistake. It gave a very concerning appearance as it made it seem like they only gave the card back because they “got caught”.

The Dave’s Double meal was delicious. I asked for some more mustard, and I was given a little bit in a cup. The thing that bothered me most, was the floor was sticky. The whole area in front of the counter was sticky. I almost stepped out of my shoes a couple times due to the stickiness. I told the person at the register about the sticky floor, and got kind of a “whatever,” response. It’s going to be a while before I go back to Wendy’s.
