I ordered two burgers and a coke in drive up! They COULD NOT get the order right after six tries! I was getting a little annoyed and stated that it was a pain waiting for ten minutes to get a simple order ORDERED! Finally, the manager gave me a sob story about their speakers not working correctly and then stated she did not appreciate me being rude! Well, I didn’t appreciate having to repeat my order six times! I told her that in no uncertain terms that I did not appreciate the treatment! She used the f bomb and told me to leave her drive up or she would call the cops on her! She didn’t like the f word used at her after! I cannot believe that a manager of a business would blame the customer and use the excuse of the speaker not working! I will NEVER walk in that place again! I called corporate and lodged a formal complaint!!!

Ordered 2 biggie bags and a 10 piece nuggets meal. I noticed that they charged me 60 cents for bbq sauce. I asked if they charged for bbq sauce. The manager Haley said yes for extra sauce. I informed her I didn’t ask for extra sauce. I told her that that’s crazy to try and sneak in 60 cents on someone. I would like my money back. She then very rudely said you made my drive thru time go up over 60 cents and called me stupid. I told her i was contacting corporate and i needed her name she said Haley they know me. Very rude and terrible as a manager to act this way in front of my daughter and other children who work there. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. I would suggest everyone check your receipts she’s probably pocketing the extra money herself.

We had a 2hr drive behind us and a 2hr trip still ahead of us. Came through drive thru 4 min before they closed and they made all the food fresh and did not treat us badly for the last minute order like most people would. We appreciated the great service, so thanks guys!

Literally the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Burger and fries both came out quick and very hot and fresh. Store was very nice, clean and orderly inside. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
