Upon walking in, you are immediately greeted by the staff. You have two options of sitting inside or outside of the establishment. Once seated, ask for Donna. (Best waitress to have tend to you. She is funny/sweet and attentive to seeing your meal is to your liking.) The cafe is strategically placed in downtown Ellijay. A perfect cozy restaurant for both families and couples. Comfort, home style cooking.

First I would like to thank Miss Donna for the great customer service we received. Her personality and hospitality lights up the room. The daily special she reccomended was the spinach,onion,tomato and Swiss cheese omelette with homemade biscuit and gravy which was great. The atmosphere is great with some awesome quotes on the walls. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit. Thanks again!

What a gem! The staff is a well oiled machine. Nobody stopped moving the entire time we were there. We got the omelet of the day that was LOADED with veggies-tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, feta, cheddar, and zucchini. It came with a biscuit and gravy and potatoes. Portions were large- definitely get your money’s worth. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted wonderful! We also got an order of the apple bread French toast and it was absolutely delicious! Prices very very ressonable. This place will definitely be one of our normal spots when we visit Ellijay! It was well worth the 30 minute wait for a table for sure!

Very high wait times , recent change in management . Not managed properly rude staff and all their food is frozen and they reheat . Food quality is bad . I would not recommend this place and especially with kids.

We came in after shopping at the antique store next door. Our server was so sweet and the gentleman that brought the drinks was also very kind. I had an apple fritter and it was the BEST! The coffee was also delicious! The decor is very cute and country style. I highly recommend this yummy little diner.

Food was decent but prices were fantastic. Food quality-wise, I’d try somewhere else the next time I’m in Ellijay but would come back here if I’m on a budget. Service was a bit slow, I canceled a tea order because i was done with breakfast first. Seems the waiters were stretched too thin.

We don’t live in the area but wanted to go where the locals eat breakfast. We had a short wait but it was worth it. The place was crowded, yet service was excellent and the food was very satisfying. We want to return sometime for the evening meal of Vietnamese food.
