I placed an order on the app and the only option due to it being later at night was drive thru. When I arrived, the drive thru was blocked by the truck delivering food. I tried to reach the microphone to ask what to do but couldn’t due to the location of the truck. I pulled around and slowly and carefully backed up to the window as I assumed the interior was closed since I couldn’t place a pick up order. When I arrived, one of the employees was recording me or taking pictures on her phone, laughed at me through the window and dismissively shook her head. I tried to explain I was trying to pick up an online order but she refused to listen and walked away. After a minute she returned and told me the drive thru was closed and I told her I had placed an order on the app and had no other way to get to the counter because the truck was blocking the lane. She told me they had no food and couldn’t make it for 20-30 minutes when the delivery was complete. I clarified to make sure that yes, she claimed they had no food and were closed over 90 minutes early. There’s 3 fast food burger places at this same exit, if you’re going to treat your customers this way we’ll just go to competitors next door. This is far from the first time with online ordering issues and rude employees who are complete uninterested in helping the customer at all.

I was coming home through Whitestown tonight and I was really craving some ice cream. I wanted a concrete mixer but there were so many cars in line at Culver’s and some already waiting past the fast food line to receive their food, I decided to pass. There was hardly anyone at Wendy’s so I stopped here. I recently had a great experience grabbing a late night meal after work one night and liked their fusion frosties. Keith was great that night at the drive-thru and I filled out this receipt survey for him to show my appreciation and his excellent service. I didn’t see Keith there but there were two young men, both with headsets on. The young man at the window seemed to be working on my Oreo brownie fusion Frosty but he disappeared around the corner and I guess they were baking the brownies!? Maybe they ran to the store to get the Oreos. Whatever it was, I waited an inordered an amount of time without even being greeted and maybe told it was going to be a few minutes. The other young man was just walking back and forth, so he evidently was only running the front counter. The inside looked virtually empty as well. Anyway, I decided it had been too long and I just drove off and went somewhere else. Maybe there’s a reason the lines were so long at other places. One evening a while back I tried Wendy’s and the whole restaurant was closed. Even on a night it was supposed to be open, so apparently there’s some issues there, whether they are open or closed. Note to the young men working and if I were their manager: Good customer service would have greeted the car and explained there would be a wait. Had that been the case I would have stayed there instead of driving off. No more Wendy’s for me at this location.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s. The potato was rotten on the inside. It was gross they could can less. The staff were inattentive and seemed unapologetic for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to steer clear if they value their time.

My husband ordered an adult meal and I wasn’t feeling good so I ordered a 2 piece chicken strip “kids” meal, with a diet coke. Almost $20 bucks. We pat, they hand the meal to us, and my husband says, where’s the diet coke for the kids meal. The woman at the window says oh, we only have coke zero. ???? So we don’t get a drink, that we Paid for?

Drive through was very very slow. Took at least half an hour. I ordered one thing and got something else, didn’t notice until I opened it. They also didn’t give me a fork for my baked potato? Who serves a baked potato with no cutlery. Wild.

Extremely SLOW service. Dining area is closed early randomly (even though the app tells you it’s open) so you have to pick up at the drive-thru window which seems to have their slowest workers there. I would avoid this location. Hopefully this Wendy’s shuts down and something better takes its place or this Wendy’s hires new people especially at the management level.

this is the slowest fast food restaurant in Whitestown. Every time I visit this location, i’m waiting for at least 10 minutes between placing my order, paying, & receiving my food. this shit sucks.

Really BAD!!! We spent $24 on a Wendy’s Big Bacon single, a taco salad, and a Cobb salad. Got it home after a really long, hard day… and the salad lettuce was brown! The salad tomatoes had a white milky film and the cheese was wet. Grossest thing ever. The burger had no lettuce or onions, just yucky mealy tomato, and bacon that was broken in pieces and equal to a half slice…if. The flavor was horrible and meat was cold and slightly pink in the middle.

My daughter works in fast food and I am grateful her place of employment would NEVER serve this quality of food. They understand that their job is feeding people and one never knows what their patron has dealt with that day or if that was their last dollar spent.

I called Logan “the manager” about it and was not impressed at all.

We threw away this meal and didn’t bother to go get our money back… though we should have. I couldn’t find my receipt… maybe they didn’t give us one which is super convenient, right?

Really poorly done, Wendy’s, really POORLY done. There’s a lot of good restaurants going in at Anson… don’t put yourself out of business with garbage food and service.

I went through the drive thru around 12:30 PM. I was greeted promptly and was ask to hold for a second. It was just a few seconds and the lady was back on line! My food was how I ordered it and was hot and fresh.
