They filled my medium hot matcha only halfway, and they said it’s supposed to be like that. The foam does not deplete like that in 30 seconds lol, I am a barista and have been for years so I know how drinks work. Also it’s way too sweet!!! This is extremely lazy unacceptable work.

I went thru this drive thru around 4:20pm on December 26th. There was no one in front of me or in back of me. Also the store itself was vacant. When I pulled up to the menu board it took almost 3 minutes for someone to “greet” me. When I finally was, I got a “what can i get you?” I politely asked if they had sesame bagels. To which to man replied “No.” With a very gross tone in his voice. My partner and I looked at one another like “okay?” So then I asked “do you have plain bagels?” The man replied with a disgusted sigh before the “yup.” I ordered a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and turkey slices. He replied “okay.” Then I ordered a medium iced coffee with 4 Carmel swirl, oat milk, and cold foam. Then I got a “what else do you want?” I replied “that’s it.” I was told my total and pulled up to the window. When I got to the window the man was still very rude. Didn’t say a word, just took my gift card and swiped it. Then entire time this transaction was being done the window was open and ill my partner and I could hear was the woman that made my food saying how shes a great liar and people always believe her and kept looking into our car and giggling. Like… whats that supposed to mean?? The man didnt say anything… no “thank you”. No “you’re welcome” no “have a nice night.” Absolutely nothing. And guess what? My order was entirely wrong, SURPRISE! I got a plain bagel WARMED with a disgusting amount of plain cream cheese on it and a turkey sausage patty in the middle that was still cold when I pulled it off the bagel. My coffee didnt even taste like it had any kind of flavor in it at all and watered down. I am incredibly disappointed as I had a very long drive home and I was looking forward to the pick-me-up. I do not understand why I got the attitude I received as I wasn’t rude at all. And if my sandwich couldn’t be made the wanted then I should have been informed. These workers need to do better. Disgusting behavior.

We always order on the mobile app and even though the Dunkin’ in Lee is closest to us we find that we get better quality food and service from a location further away in Pittsfield.

I’ve had the Snackin’ Bacon before from other locations and it’s always tasted as decribed.

We got it from the location closest to us and it was an absolute waste of time and money. It was nothing but crumbs, probably the last of what they’d sold for the day. It smelled and tasted like it was old and burned. Indicative of why we’d always avoided this location. It doesn’t help to call the store because no one answers, if you call the 800 number, you’ll be directed back to the store or you won’t be able to understand the person you talk to. The website is an absolute JOKE. The more automated things get, the less people remember how to treat people like people. Do BETTER Dunkin’!!!!

This is absolutely the worst run Dunkin on planet earth, from crew right on up to management. I order on the app, and I can see what I ordered sitting behind the counter ready to go, but they fail to put it out. They have the slowest service, and the rudest crew ever. I’m a fast food manager of a restaurant 6 times that size, and my crew does a much better job. CAFUA MANAGEMENT is a freaking joke. They never respond to their customet feedback line either.

Theu girl at the drive thru and counter named Angel is absolutely miserable. She shouldn’t be working around people. Her attitude refect on the owner and who they hire. Whole staff is MISERABLE. Clean house. Get better customer service.

This morning I was denied food by this Dunkin’ Donuts because I tried to pay with a 50. There is no signage stating they don’t accept them. When I asked Jace what he or she would like me to do they said give the food back or they would take my license plate down. A little over the top if you ask me, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate as well.

Never going back. This place has gone downhill in the last year. Every time I get coffee there are chunks of coffee grounds in it. The store is not very clean or inviting. Seems the dining experience was lost somewhere, takes order and walks away, waited 20 mins for 2 hot terrible coffees and 1 dozen variety donuts INSIDE.

Time wasters take your pick! Over half an hour in drive through line, or stand in the lobby and be ignored! Dunkin and it’s employees don’t need YOU, THE CUSTOMER! GO SOMEWHERE LOCAL, GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A BUSINESS THAT CARES, or waste your time here- waiting for absolutely nothing!!
