This Wendy’s does a very nice job. We get take out continuously and on the rare occasions that our order isn’t right they make it right with us on the next trip. Gabe the manager is there a lot really works hard to make sure everything is great. The entire staff seems very pleasant and the food especially the salads generally seem very good.

Worst redo ever. I’ve been in food for a long time. I complained that my fries were warm at best. After a stink eye I received hot ones, no apology nothing said. Mind you this is in the store. A brand new store. I saw the manager with about 7 crew members, a very tall brown haired fellow. I don’t know his name because he disappeared the minute he heard a complaint. When I got to eat my burger it had been pre made probably just sitting on a warming grill. Dried out, not hot and juicy like it should be. Just terrible . As I write this guess who feels as if someone did something to his food 90 minutes ago. Stay away do not subject yourself to this shiny building with management who doesn’t know hospitality. Saving food cost doesn’t come at the expense of your customers. Instead of gaining a fan you cost yourself sales. I will leave bad reviews everywhere I can. The dried burger pic speaks for itself. The cheese isn’t even slightly melted and this was after returning my first. Don’t ruin a fine American institution like Wendy’s reputation just to save on two beef Pattie’s. This was dine in and I don’t have a trans x number because I used your self ordering kiosk. Just look up Luis in the monitor log around 2-230 pm Dec.6, 2022. Never again.

Place was clean with good lighting. Food prepared well and was tasty. Customers have to order using the order kiosk vs. Giving order to a person which takes longer.

Needs some TLC. The area you get your own drinks the mat was very dirty and had lids, straw papers and food on it. They need to clean the tables also. They were not that busy when we went in. Four other people inside no drive up business. Down time they need to clean and stay off of there phones. Just saying. Will not return anytime soon.

On a Sunday @ 1pm …. Not impressed with the service. I counted about six workers inside and they only have to drive through open. Not to mention the drive-thru is backed up at least 10 cars. They can’t even get the orders out fast enough when it’s just drive-thru.

This was my first visit to Wendy’s at this location and it was very good. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries through the mobile app and picked up in the drive thru. I did have to wait in a parking spot for the food to cook, which is unusual. It was fresh when I got it though, so I can’t complain. Overall a good visit.
