First off, the employees lied and said the doordasher took long to get here. I placed the order and within 2 minutes my doordasher accepted my order and was there within no time. I watch my doordasher because they sometimes pass my house so, that’s how I know the employees lied. My fries are old and not fresh. Over cooked. I live not too far. Literally 0.5 miles away. My food should not have been cold. My doordasher didnt even take long to get to my house. Im also missing all kinds of ranch. Do better.

We typically go to the Broadway location but decided to give this location a try as it is a little bit closer.
What was supposed to end up as a quick bite with the family after some shopping ended up being a mood killer.
We ordered ahead of time but did not realize that you have to put that you’re there for them to start making it (we chose to pick up inside). As we sat down and my wife put that we were here, the woman up front immediately said “Do you see this order I just got?” and, afterwards, “I don’t know what they thinking”. They proceeded to complain, along with the other staff, about how big of an order it was (We had not walked up to the counter yet). This order consisted of 2 10 piece nugget meals and 2 kids nugget meals, mind you. Maybe that’s a big order in Wendy’s standards?
As I walked up to the counter, they asked if I had a carry out or needed to order. I proceeded to tell them that we had “the big order”. Didn’t even have to confirm the name, interesting enough.
They all pretty much avoided eye contact and I could hear them mentioning about “they sat down in the lobby”.
We will be sticking with the Broadway location next time. It may be farther away but they are much more customer friendly, even with it being a younger staff.

I went to get my fiancé food for his lunch break. The two women were rude every time they spoke like it was a problem to talk to me. I ordered a frosty and was told it would take 10 minutes, I said okay and was told to pull forward. I waited 10 minutes and one of the women came out with no frosty. Ignored me when I tried to get her attention when walking in, I ended up going inside and one rudely told me “you were told if you wanted a frosty that you had to wait”???? I said “I thought that’s why I just waited?” and got ignored then the other women said “I didn’t even ring you up for a frosty” which makes no sense because I waited for it, of course I wouldn’t know if she did because I wasn’t given a receipt. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a restaurant before but this experience really bothered me just because they wasted my time and had an attitude every time they spoke. If you don’t like talking to people then don’t get a job working with the public.

Slowest service and asked for a pineapple mango lemonade… when I got my order it was bright green… they don’t have a green lemonade/syrup so unsure how that’s even possible. Making the drive to Scatterfield or Broadway is more worth your money!

Might as well change the hours to 8 AM. They’re never on time or open. This has happened multiple times! And when you do catch employees there the food is trash and they make you pull up even though it’s cold. Don’t even bother with this place. Rudeeee customer service.

Here’s the spicy BBQ nuggets I ordered through the mobile app 20 mins before going to pick up my food. Once I got there to pick up my food, I was told to pull forward because they were waiting on my fries. I said “how when I ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time?” Because I wanted no salt on my fries. Okay. I pull up to the door wait for about 3 minutes, a guy brings me my food. They gave me a 10pc nuggets instead of the 10 piece saucy nuggets. Smh. So I tell him and I let him know I’m late for work so ama go clock in and come back to get my saucy nuggets. Instead, I have my co-worker who was getting off work go pick them up for me and this is what I get…Smh. Never again.

The lady with gladses , holds the hole place together. I’ve never liked this Wendy’s TILL today. She realized that a co worker put my son’s kids meal in the wrong bag without a toy and fixed it even gave him the exact toy he was missing to finish his collection. Thank you so much to her! Treat her right and give her a raise !!!

Ordered online and self pickup. Arrived on time and waited through the customers ahead of me and then was informed they my order had been lost. Then I had to wait through the cue of orders placed after mine for it to be prepared. When I was driving home, I received a text that my order was ready.

We live nearby so we stop here often, but not anymore. EVERY TIME we go to this location they are out of something (chocolate frosties, kids meal toys, Sprite), or they forget something, or they get our order wrong. EVERY TIME. Today they were out of sprite, forgot my child’s milk, and gave her bbq sauce when we asked for ranch. I’m not getting my money’s worth there anymore so I won’t be spending any in the future.
