Braum’s has the best tasting burgers on Earth as well as excellent frozen dairy products. However, after frequent visits to this particular Braum’s I have noticed a few things. It’s always dirty. They miss orders, the staff is surly, and some don’t know how to smile at customers. I had to take a star away because somehow they have gotten worse. The photo is someone’s order. It has been sitting about 7 minutes now and no one seems to care. Perhaps they are overwhelmed, understaffed, or just don’t care.

I ordered my food. I upgraded my drink and fries. They gave me a small fries. When I told them. They gave me a large and they were not cooked all the way. I asked for no onions there’s onions on it. That’s what happens when there’s nothing but kids running the place

Disappointed.
Braum’s has been in my life since childhood, so I’m not excited about doing this but here goes…..
We went through the drive through the other night and the guy that was taking payments was quite rude.
I got to the window and was weirded out that he was wearing street clothes and not a Braum’s uniform. He was wearing a black Nike hoodie.
As soon as we pulled up to the window he stuck his hand out for payment without even telling me how much it was…I had to ask since the person taking my order told me that the total would be given to me at the window.
I’m not rich so I like to know how much money I am paying for my items, like most normal people.
He told me the total. I paid. And he loudly and abrasively said, “RECEIPT?!?!”
I would have preferred “Thank you and would you like your receipt?”
I said “No thank you.”
He literally wadded up the receipt and closed the window as he turned away from us before we could even pull off. It was like we were an inconvenience or nuisance to him.
He said nothing that even resembled, “Okay, great. Have a nice night!”
Not even a smile.
I’m guessing since he was out of uniform, he’s the manager.
As a manager you are supposed to set example.
The rest of the crew is really nice and polite every time we go there.
They work really hard to be nice and get our food out to us according to the order.
And we are alway nice to them too.
I would also like to add, this is the same manager that was rude to my Son when he called to inquire about employment a few months back.
It’s a hard pass now.
I wouldn’t want my Son working for someone like that.
People love Braum’s and the management needs to remember that.

Real food from good folks. Grande Breakfast Burrito is spicy. Burgers are always fresh and use good produce. Also, if you take a soft drink over a shake on a combo, you could never be my friend.

Waited over 30 minutes for a single burger and fries.
Decided to use the drive through since there was only 3 people in line. Ordered my food, paid, then got upto the second window and told to pull up and wait for my food. I sat there for nearly 30 minutes while watching 7-8 people with seemingly bigger orders get there food right away. I head inside to ask if my food is ready yet to which I saw the young blonde woman immediately grab my food and hide it behind her back while im speaking to a manger or shift lead about my food. He asks what I had and then the young woman threw my food on the counter. Really? To that young lady, I understand if you dont like your job, but atleast have a little decency. I will not be coming back to this location again

Everything look good tasted good. I would’ve gave them four stars, but this gravy was tragic didn’t have no taste. Watered down. Gravy was a straight trash. Whoever made this gravy need to slap self and get out the kitchen. Got me big mad next time y’all go to this Brahms and order the chicken strip dinner please don’t bother with the gravy. My dog could make better gravy than this tragic as y’all can see in this picture I pour it out the gravy real quick and grab some hickory smoke barbecue sauce out the fridge to replace it

We showed up around 4:50 had a simple order chocolate shake, chilli, and two scoops of vanillia ice cream in a cup. The service window attendent and the manager honestly were not the best at fixing the many mistakes, 1. Wrong size shake 2. Couldnt figure the vanillia ice cream order and in a timely manner to the point he wouldnt wipe the chocolate off the cup. Training needs to be done here from every aspect. We don’t want or need anything free just improvement in responses, if you hate your job dont take it out on your guest.

I waited for 20 minutes for my food. Also after ordering I had to wipe the tables down myself, and the seat which had trash in it. When I brought it to the managers attention he said it was my problem and they had people call in. Also another customer waited to checkout in grocery for 10 minutes till he had to go up to the register at the food counter. All the while people are standing around and beeping going off
