I wasn’t going to make this but I feel like I need to for some reason… I waited 25 minutes for someone at the speaker to take my order. Then was only served because I asked if I needed to come inside to order like 3 times. I pull up to the window they ask me what food I had and I told them. They forgot the frosty. Asked them for one and received it. Drove straight home after waiting almost an hour for food only to find out I have no sandwich with my meal. Just fries in a bag with sauce. I usually keep my cool but if I didnt drive 30 minutes home I would’ve went back up especially since i paid 18 dollars for one meal. This place has continuously plummeted quality, training, and staff wise. They all act like its the first day… everyday. Might sound like a Karen but they really need new management and staff. At least one person that cares. Cold fries for dinner tonight it looks like. Thanks a lot Dave!

I ordered a Apple pecan salad, got all the way home and they gave me ranch dressing and onions. I called to let them know about their mistake, because I wanted the dressing that comes with it, Pomegranate vinaigrette. All she said was sorry hun, they just grabbed the wrong bag. I said I can’t eat this salad now because I don’t like ranch dressing. It’s an $8.19 salad! She said sorry have a nice a day. But it’s midnight. That’s terrible customer service! I want what I paid for, not a sorry hun.

Had an absolutely atrocious time at Wendy’s tonight, for one their lobby was closed, which is understandable considering the weather. However, in the multiple trips I had to make, they only ever had 3 cars. They clearly still had plenty of room for mistake though.

For starters, they said they were out of Coca-Cola… from prior fast food experience, I’m sure only the bag was empty and no one on shift wanted to change it. They proceeded to not hear the Lemonade I ordered and when asked at the window he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, “well you didn’t order one.” I did but okay. No offer to make another order really quickly considering it was just a drink.

Apart from that, it appeared all was well with my order, until I opened the sandwich and saw they put mayonnaise on a sandwich that was ordered plain. No problem, this happens all the time, I quickly went back through and get a new one, correct this time finally. I take a look at the original sandwich and start ripping it apart to find my chicken had barely any chicken in it, something they definitely noticed when making the sandwich in the first place, and still chose to serve. Thankfully, my second sandwich did not have this problem though and was fine. I finally thought all was well until I tried one of my fried and realized how ice cold they were.

At this point I’ve already been back through once and I’m not doing it again. So I called the store, as one does. And wouldn’t you know they let me ring through 5 times, I’m not even joking. In this time I drove back by the store because I was leaving town and see them with no cars, all chit chatting up front looking at the phone as it rings. I call one more time, figuring I’ll for sure get an answer, I just saw with my own two eyes that no one was there nor was no one working on anything. They clearly decided otherwise and thought the ringing was annoying so they took the phone off the hook so I would get the dial tone.

However I wasn’t born yesterday, so I waited a couple minutes and decided to call again, oh wouldn’t you know, their phone seemed to be working again. They let me ring through 3 more times. So I’ve officially called Wendy’s 8 times with no answer, not to mention the “busy calls”. Someone clearly realized I wasn’t going to stop and finally answered.

Now I work in customer service so I wasn’t overly rude or anything because I don’t like to treat people as I’ve been treated in the past, but at the same time I know how to treat customers, and it wasn’t like this. Our conversation majorly consists of me asking for a manager, the manager answered the phone so I then ask him for the store number and the number for corporate. He asks me why, I explain the above reason, of them disconnecting their phone, which I think is the big problem here considering I would be fired if I did that at my job. He complies by giving me the store number but says he doesn’t have access to corporates number… now that may be true, but this guy is clearly not running a very good shift and is clearly not ready for management.

All in all, store 3459 needs some MAJOR work, starting with management probably. I’ll be calling corporate as soon as possible considering it is now Saturday and their open Monday, I wont forget, I’m petty like that, the want to play games and they’ll see how good I am at playing.

Went and placed a mobile order tonight line was long so decided instead of mobile ordered id go inside pick up our food nope doors locked 20-25 minutes later in drive thru finally get to the speaker AI does it thing. We do not get a response for anther 10 minutes later sorry we’re short staffed I speak my mobile order person on the other end attitude rude as heck anther 10 minutes finally get to the window for our food get handed bag of said items I checked our bags for my daughters kids meals had fry’s but no burger wait anther 5 minutes to let them know has his back toward the window let him know hey so we don’t have our kids hamburger. Slams the window in front us I won’t be giving you our business ever again your staff sucks management is poor staffing I hope yall go out of business awful past experience cannot enlighten this anymore then it already has your staff sucks.

That was one of the worst experiences of a fast food restaurant I can remember. Not only did I wait over 20 minutes in line through the drive-through and there was only one person ahead of me…. The young cashier guy did not know what he was doing in the service was absolutely poor and it took another 10 minutes after getting to the window to actually get my food. There was a total of six cars behind me at any given time because several of them just drove off. Never stopping by that Wendy’s again.

Just went to get dinner and it was 6:45 pm. I was waiting at the front for someone to take my order. Then 2 workers came up and said I don’t know why there’s people in here? I said the door was open and it’s dinner time. I was then told that I would have to leave because he didn’t have any numbers? No idea what that means so we left and as soon as we walked out the door an employee stared pushing tables against the door so nobody else could come inside. No sign on the door saying that the dinning room was closed, and they were open. I hear nothing good about the place and was reluctant to even go and I will never go back! Couldn’t have been ruder!

This Wendy’s is pretty bad.
Stopped here on the road for some chili…
Drive thru line was so long..
Went inside.
Cashier wasn’t too friendly.
Whole place was dirty.
I know,.. I should’ve and could’ve left.
Not sure why I didn’t other than Wendy’s chili sounded good to me for some reason.
Finally got my order and back on the road.
Opened a chili and it was seriously just like orange water with a couple of beans in it.
And their large isn’t even large.
I was already on the road and didn’t feel like dealing with it.
Was still set on chili tho
Took the next exit I saw tgat had a Wendy’s.
Felt like a gamble.
Got my chili done right and told them about my experience.
They knew what Wendy’s I was talking about and hear horror stories about that place all the time..

If they ever ask you to pull ahead and wait…Don’t Do It! They forgot that we were waiting. Had to go in and get our order. Got home and it was all messed up. We ask if the sauce was in the bag. They said yes but it wasn’t. I ordered unsweet tea but got sweet tea. Would have checked the order better before leaving the store but after the delay we were in a time crunch. Total train wreck going on at that store.

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. The service was extremely poor — the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. The food was gross and didn’t taste fresh at all. Even the straws had grease on them, which was honestly disgusting. On top of that, the bathrooms were not clean, which made the whole visit feel unsanitary. Everything about this visit was disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back until major improvements are made.

I was going through the drive through with my husband because he wanted food & I wanted a shake. I pulled up when I saw the crew outside. No one bothered to go back in to work for the money they’re supposed to be working for. I pulled out of the drive through because I knew they didn’t want that money….. not to mention the roach I saw the one time I went in. I think this Wendy’s is the worst I’ve seen
