The cashier was a male with long hair( should have been up or in a hair net) he didn’t seem friendly, almost seemed annoyed for us to order. We both ordered the #2 Baconater double and fries. We got cheese fries and bacon fries, the cheese was shredded and not melted (we thought the cheese should have been melted) the burgers were dry, like they had been setting on the grill. Wendy’s has always been fresh burgers and fresh fries. The sodas and frostys were great. The restaurant was not busy and there were 2 employees sitting at a table on their phones( they may been on break). There were several tables that were dirty with food on them, the condiment area had food and drink spilled on it, the floors could have used a sweeping and the glass windows and doors were clearly not cleaned. There were employees standing around and not cleaning. Two people came in from the drive-through with orders messed up. As we were leaving a guy pulled up in the parking lot on a motorcycle and three employees went outside to talk with him. It seemed like nobody cared. Dave would not be ok with this. I’ve always been told, “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.” I realize most places are hiring and can’t find good people, but that’s not an excuse to not take pride in what you do and in where you work, do the best you can and put forth some effort. We have been here before and it always seems to be terrible service and not meeting expectations from years past at Wendys. Im a burger guy and when you have a dry burger, it just does not make for good quality food if it is dry. Worst $32.00 we have spent. This will be the last time we come to this Wendy’s. I will go to one out of town that has a better experience.

This location is horribly managed and the staff is unprofessional. Ordered a salad (pre-made), chili (pre-made) and a burger. Took 15 minutes and the manager (guy, long curly hair about 23) just made excuses about new employees and was cursing in front of the customers. Lobby is filthy and an employee on their break was sprawled out sleeping in a booth. Manager clearly is in way over his head and the location should be reviewed by corporate.

There were no tortilla chips to go with the taco salad. My friend wanted a salad with no cheese, they said sorry, they are premade. She went to the soda machine and 3 of the 4 selections weren’t available. It was so cold inside, it was very uncomfortable to be there. We won’t be back for indoor dining.

I go there wait 15 mins for a baconator fry and 4 pierce chicken nugget and the nuggets are rock solid and cold and the fries are cold. No cheese hardly and bacon just thrown on the top. I’m very displeased with this Wendy’s.

6/10/23–Elida Rd Wendys is under new management, and it shows! Was immediately greeted with a friendly smile, even had the GM come to our table and ask how everything was, and could he get us anything else?! We quit going because of the service, but my grandaughter wanted their nuggets 🙂 I spoke with the GM and told him we could tell a big difference. I Recommend giving it another try under this new management!

Gone over a dozen times in the past few months and it has been severely disappointing every time. Why is the food ALWAYS cold 20 seconds after receiving it. How is that even possible. Not to mention stale buns that you can’t even chew. Seriously need to step it up before you go out of business.

I was given my salad with the lid OFF so it made a mess in my car. No salad dressing that was supposed to have come with my jalapeño popper salad. To add on, my fries were stale. I will not recommend this and am disappointed in the service.
