I HAD A HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! This is so disgusting I can’t believe this genuinely how does this happen, we’ll ill tell you no one in there was wearing a hair net. If you have long hair you need to be wearing a hair net it’s that simple. This is just so gross I really can’t belive it please no one ever go to this Wendy’s again.

The cashier was a male with long hair( should have been up or in a hair net) he didn’t seem friendly, almost seemed annoyed for us to order. We both ordered the #2 Baconater double and fries. We got cheese fries and bacon fries, the cheese was shredded and not melted (we thought the cheese should have been melted) the burgers were dry, like they had been setting on the grill. Wendy’s has always been fresh burgers and fresh fries. The sodas and frostys were great. The restaurant was not busy and there were 2 employees sitting at a table on their phones( they may been on break). There were several tables that were dirty with food on them, the condiment area had food and drink spilled on it, the floors could have used a sweeping and the glass windows and doors were clearly not cleaned. There were employees standing around and not cleaning. Two people came in from the drive-through with orders messed up. As we were leaving a guy pulled up in the parking lot on a motorcycle and three employees went outside to talk with him. It seemed like nobody cared. Dave would not be ok with this. I’ve always been told, “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean.” I realize most places are hiring and can’t find good people, but that’s not an excuse to not take pride in what you do and in where you work, do the best you can and put forth some effort. We have been here before and it always seems to be terrible service and not meeting expectations from years past at Wendys. Im a burger guy and when you have a dry burger, it just does not make for good quality food if it is dry. Worst $32.00 we have spent. This will be the last time we come to this Wendy’s. I will go to one out of town that has a better experience.

Fries were cold as soon as got them and chicken wrap has nothing on it!! All employees outside smoking while one inside trying to do it all. Myself and another car got food while a car pulled from window still sat there.

I do not know where to start dinner rush and workers outside smoking they go back in and don’t wash their hands and after a 23 minute wait and $47 later they still messed up our order and it was cold.

I go there wait 15 mins for a baconator fry and 4 pierce chicken nugget and the nuggets are rock solid and cold and the fries are cold. No cheese hardly and bacon just thrown on the top. I’m very displeased with this Wendy’s.
