DISGUSTING. Imagine coming home after waiting in the long drive thru line to finally eat your salad and you take the first bite and there’s a long ahh hair in it. That’s so nasty. Then customer service takes forever to answer the dumb phone. By far the grossest experience I’ve had here.

I went through the drive through after visiting the vet with my dog to get us each a
sandwich, everyone was incredibly nice. My dog is kind of big, bully mix, can be scary to some but they were so welcoming, calling her by name as she saw on her collar and telling her she was a good girl! The woman at the window told me “ my pleasure” two times, I’ve never been told that at a chick fil a before even though it’s their slogan but I never cared lol, but the fact that she did was nice. The vibe behind the window was beautiful. They gave her a little baggie of treats 🙂 love it. I don’t go to chick fil an often, and I actually picked that location by mistake, but it is clear it was only a happy accident. Thanks guys, Nana loved her grilled chicken and cheese 🙂

I ordered a chicken tortilla cup of soup to my surprise when I got home I got soup with no chicken or corn . The big clumps I thought was chicken was beans . I was in line 25 mins they girl left from side of the driveway a new came out and skipped over my car.I tried calling and no one answered.

I ordered a #1 combo and a market salad. I didn’t receive napkins or silverware.. am i supposed to eat the salad with my hands?? Im just saying if you want the basic necessities to eat your meal that you paid for, you have to ask for them. On top of all that I waited 30 minutes in a line of less than 10 cars.

Only drive thru was open since it was after 10pm, but they were super nice and mentioned that we could eat at the patio tables. They turned on the lights and even the heater so that my whole party could eat comfortably. Great place. Thank you Chick-fil-A

I ordered the Chicken Strips 6 piece.3 of the Strips look like Nuggets. I paid a little more than $9. They were not worth my $9. I will never buy again. I also Bought the Spicy Chicken Sandwiche Deluxe. The Chicken didn’t fit the Bun.The Chicken was barely warmThe pepper Jack Cheese was cold to the touch.The worker told me thats how the Cheese come.The Chicken Sandwiche was a little small.

Horrible customer service , they’re all laughing and chatting while taking orders. I order 2 deluxe meals just to find out I got charged everything individually. I also order 3 chicken nuggets *12count* only received 2 of them. On top of that I had a free reward cookie that was redeemed and didn’t get. I couldn’t turn back to the restaurant since I noticed it when I was already home and had an appointment. I filed a report but nothings been fixed so far SMH .

I order online and I got a cobb salad with extra chicken and cheese and a extra egg. I went thru the drive thru and I made sure that there was extra stuff in there and when I got home I was disappointed to see that what I paid for wasn’t there. I called multiple times to the restaurant but it lead you to a corporate number eastern standard time. So I’m writing this to give my review I’m not happy with it.
Ok so I was able to get thru to talk to someone and I spoke to Greg and he put my order in again I’m on the way to pick it up
830pm pick up my order and spoke with a red jacket guy name Julian when I gave my he knew who I was from pervious call talking to Greg and he took care of me. I am excited to know that chick fil A will fix a issue if it come up again thank you Greg and julian

Regular chicken sandwich was a little hard. This could be a one-off situation. The staff was great. Chick-fil-A standard.
