Wendy’s has gotta be one of my favorite fast food places Everything was delicious (as much as it can be for fast food), nothing was missing and staff was kind. The lobby/dining area also appears to be kept very clean, along with the bathrooms. Will absolutely visit again.

I have been getting food once a week or so for about 6 year and have noticed that since the rebuild the staff constantly messing up the orders and leaving things out. Being rude and I was told a month ago that they stopped making triple burgers. Checked with another location and found out that’s a lie. I spend way too much money every year total on this location to be receiving this poor of customer service semi-regularly. I am always pleasant and respectful. They need a new crew, except fornthe managers. Things are always perfect when they are visibly inside.

Terrible all around. Terrible customer service when ordering. Wouldn’t even let my wife continue with her order without saying “Is that all?” And then getting an attitude the longer the order got. Nothing ever showed up on the monitor outside. I would’ve preferred the AI. And still got the order wrong. Went in to get it corrected. When I went in the lady that handed us our drinks said “Why the hell is this car still here?” Then refused to make the order right because “Thats not how we rang it up” The whole thing was ridiculous. They need to fire everyone that was working today and start over.

Drive Thru no longer has you speak to a human being, instead it is AI. Pulled up to the window and, like several other customers, was asked to pull off to the side to wait. Order was incorrect. Will not be going back due to the replacement of a person with AI

Went through the drive through, AI greeted me instead of a real person…had to repeat myself several times. The woman working the window wasn’t very friendly and the Sandwich was extremely small, sloppy and stale. Not cool. Corporate should’ve spent more time on the quality of the food and customer service than on AI and high tech. That’s not what customers want. Wendys, ya disappointed me

AI got order wrong. Worker at window fixed it. Had to pull up to wait but didn’t get fries for either meal we ordered so he had to go back in and bring them back out. Then fries were cold.

This Location Can Get Extremely Packed Line Can Reach Main Road! Actually Allows You To Change The Fry In Your Biggie Bag For The Baconator Fry , Most Locations Don’t! Still Can Change Drink To Frosty But Man Look The Fry , Got Me With Best Looking Bacon I’ve Had In A While From Wendy’s Props To The Cook & Staff! Great Work!! Disappointed. Ordered four sandwiches for my family on the way home from work and they were only half cooked. Management told me that wasn’t possible, I said I agree since they are suppose to be cooked on a time grill. Then “manager Austin” said actually we have been having a problem with our grill all day and couldn’t find anyone to come fix it, I’m so sorry. Clearly the “manager Austin” hasn’t heard of food born illness. I started to feed my children these sandwhiches before I saw that they were pink!
