Most of the employees are very friendly. Food is good. However, this Wendy’s do not understand fast food because it took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order. Reason was they were switching over but then a worker came out to the truck that had been parked at the window. No food exchange just parked there to wait on this woman. Use a parking spot so we can get our food and get to work. No matter what time of the day this store needs training on speed.

I get inventory from the app not being completely correct or whatever. But replacing 2 Frostys with a soda and a cookie does not equal $8.39? And the employee said they didn’t want to do a refund. I would’ve rather just refund the whole order and just go somewhere else. The sodas I did get did not have a proper lid for the drink. It was a coffee lid. Service absolutely sucked too. Each time I go to this one it’s trash. The numbers on the recipe or location on Google does not work.

Have driven through many times for meals on our way to events. Service has always been a struggle at this location. They seem to be short of help and there is more than a normal wait for food. This time the man at the drive through was very rude- curt responses to basic questions and sent every car in line to park and wait for their food with no explanation. After waiting 10 minutes, sandwiches were hot and well prepared but all 4 fry orders cold and limp. We won’t be back for a while!

Paid for two fries and two burgers. Didn’t receive two fries but they didn’t give us a receipt and wouldn’t give us the second fry when we went in but offered us a free frosty? The problem solving skills need some work here for sure.

Now I remember why I don’t go to this Wendy’s. I ordered a single with cheese, just left and the burger is under cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately this review will not allow me to post pictures. I would have loved to share them. Please cook your burgers a little longer before someone gets sick!!

This Wendy’s is never fast and the food is never fresh. They will more than likely get your order wrong. I have been there multiple times and there is always something wrong. If you are craving Wendy’s skip this one and drive to the next one. You will get your food faster than waiting at this Wendy’s.

This location is absolutely egregious I mean just awful. Came on a Sunday night for dinner quick and easy. The quick part never happened let alone the ordering the food part had to drive around. The parking lot 3 multiple times to get someone to even respond to the speaker. My brother then went inside to order food as well the 3 workers that were in there. Had come to a full stop to talk to there friends that walked in I was so fed up at this point I went inside just to order. She then told me they were no longer taking orders inside and that they had to go through the drive-thru. All meanwhile she was taking her friends order right in front of me 3 people just watching there friends order. I mean come on where is the customer service anymore. Management is no longer existing at this location very disappointing.

Not like Wendy’s reads the reviews or cares but the sandwich wasn’t made right AGAIN how hard is cheese and ketchup only can’t even put crackers with chili happens all the time when chili is ordered even asking if we want crackers lol then wait over 10 minutes for a meal then another 7 minutes for tenders this place is awful go to tipp city or Fairborn you’ll get better food and better service I hate leaving these but its time to say something I love Wendy’s but this location has got worse and worse since I was a kid after almost 30 years time to overhaul this place honestly
