Sunday afternoon at the Cooper location was an unexpected treat, thanks to the Dream Team: Jean, Jatana, and Jhanna
Jean (restaurant manager) runs the place like a seasoned pro. She’s warm, welcome, and made sure every detail is right — she even complimented me on my vintage watch which was the cherry on top
Jatana took my order with a smile and nudged me towards the cheeseburger. Excellent call…it came out hot and fast
And Jhanna was in constant motion, making sure the place was clean and tidy. All together, they made me and the other guests feel very cared for
The burger definitely hit, but it’s the 5-star service from The Ladies J that will keep me coming back

Use to love eating at this place! Been a faithful customer for years, but I’ve noticed they’ve changed their patties and they’re horrible. No taste and the texture isn’t the same. Burgers weren’t that great. I tried the regular cheeseburger and the patty tasted like it was taken straight from the freezer to a microwave. Chicken strips were just your average fast food chicken strips. Curly fries & onion rings weren’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special. Their cherry limeade was terrible – tasted like carbonated water with hardly any cherry or lime flavoring.

The employees were polite the entire time. The prices are good but the pictures shown on the menu are very deceptive. We purchased 2 burgers and 1 was a meal. The bun on the small burger was chilled and was so flat. Not very appetizing. The employees asked to see the receipt and then replaced the burger and served another batch of fries in a separate box. The larger, chilli cheese, burger was gigantic but was so hard to eat because it completely fell apart when it was picked up the first time. She had to use a fork to eat it. I will say the food tasted very good though. I think it may have been the cook that apologized as he walked past us. I just expected our meals to look a little more like the meals in the menu.

What happened??? Their burgers used to have a charbroiled and grilled flavor with yummy seasoning. Now it tastes boiled and bland with an off texture. This is the second time it has been this way. Last time we tried was a few weeks ago but decided to give a chance for redemption.
So sad.

Stopped here for lunch since we were in the shopping center and we couldn’t remember the last time we ate here.
Service was fine and the burger was alright. Fries were good.
They also have softserve ice cream with your meal.
The floor was sticky under our booth.
Overall, not a bad old school type place.

Service was good, burgers where not. If youd like to go home and have your stomach hurt all night this your place. I just know in a few hours, it will be an evening on the crapper. Burger Street used to be pretty good. In the words of a wise man ” This place is nasssty!!” Go somewhere else!!

We were in the area and saw the sign. A couple days ago we has tried a different place that was so bad. I was crossing my fingers this would be better. What a great surprise!! Great service, really clean and great food. The burgers were juicy and seasoned well. The fries were yummy. They have a tasty waffle dessert. Thank you!!

I was gonna have lunch here until I seen the cook cross contaminating everything while cooking food, dropping buns, and scrolling on her phone. 1/5/26 ///13:21. Anyway, I just ordered the chili cheese fry to not waste my whole trip. The older lady with the red hair had great customer service. Just the contaminating cook! Hispanic or mixed woman!
