On my arrival in Gatlimburg I went to eat at this place, since I have visited several and they never disappoint me, this was no exception, I always crave a hamburger hahaha.
Excellent food, they never disappoint! His burgers are very good.
The environment is very noisy, you can’t talk, it’s very uncomfortable
The service was fast despite the fact that it was quite full, because it is Saturday 13:40 so to be super full the attention was good and very fast.

We were walking a lot in downtown Gatlinburg and wanted to eat somewhere close to where we parked before leaving. We wanted a “sit-down” place due to needing a restroom. They have no public restroom signs their restrooms and key pad locks. We stayed because we already ordered. I later got a code from an employee after seeing a kid leave the restroom.
Also, it was $40 for a bunless burger, one order of fries, a burger and 2 drinks. They failed to put the mushrooms on my burger, and added tomatoes to my husband’s, which he asked to leave off. Everything was spilled out in a bag, and we were dining in.

Food is on point for FIVE GUYS. Even in a super busy area they don’t do short cuts. Fries are JUST salty enough. At least 15 people working BEHIND the counter on December 27. Perfect for the crazy crowd of Gatlinburg. Room is noisy, but that’s to be expected. Recommend without reservation.

For it being in the middle of down town Gatlinburg TN it was great. The location, the service, and the food. If you have ever been here on vacation you know eating anywhere is ridiculously priced. I know when I go to Five Guys I’m getting a great burger . Hope this helps.

The team was so kind and helpful, and the food was perfectly prepared. Everything tasted amazing and was delivered exactly as I ordered. Even though it was getting close to closing time, the staff made sure everything was perfect, and I got the food I ordered.

We had the cheese burgers (one regular-size, the other small). Both were delicious and of ample size. The regular fries came in a generous portion that was 3 times the size of the paper cup some of them came in. I’d consider the $40 we paid overpriced, but it’s Gatlinburg. There are no “public restrooms,” but when you buy something, you get a lock code for the restroom.

Located on the main strip, outdoor seating available and indoor seating. It was not crowded when I visited, we ordered 2 double burgers with cheese and bacon and regular size fry, my total was almost $40 with tip. The service was good and the food was prepared quickly. The burger was good, but half way through one of the burgers the middle was still pink. We were disappointed with that, it was not worth the amount spent.

EXCELLENT service! We went late and they weren’t busy at all. They were super kind – even made sure to let us know that the large fries were big enough for four people. Of course, my husband and I ordered them anyway. But it was nice to be warned! The service was fast and the food was amazing as always! My husband has celiac, so his food has to be gluten-free and not come into contact with any gluten or else he gets very sick. We ate here and let them know about the allergen issues and they handled it perfectly and quickly. It was wonderful service and he didn’t get sick, which is always fantastic. Awesome job, staff!

The food was delicious, but they are robbing people here. I’ve been to quite a few five guys in my time, this one included, and have always been happy with the cost of my food compared to the amount of food received.
I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, a little fry, and a drink and my total was $22. I thought with my little fry I would’ve had enough for 2 people, just like in years past, however it wasn’t even enough for me.
CRIMINAL. They are robbing people of a typical five guys experience here and making a bad name for the company.
I wouldn’t even say this experience was good.
