Highly recommended! Five-star service, and the food will absolutely exceed your expectations. Their standards for food are even higher than yours, which is why they’re able to deliver such high-quality dishes.
The pasta sauce was incredible—rich, deep, and full of flavor. The special of the month was classic and perfectly done. We also tried dessert, including the dark chocolate, and they emphasize that many of their desserts are gluten-free.
They have everything a great restaurant should have. Definitely worth recommending, with very fair and honest pricing.

Was in Ellensburg for a medical appointment and decided to have a late lunch early dinner. Imagine our surprise when we found this quaint little pasta shop. We started with the spinach artichoke dip, one of the best ones I have tasted, creamy with just the right amount of each flavor so that you are able to discern each beautiful ingredient as it explodes in your mouth. My wife had the angel hair pasta with artichokes, she said it had so much flavor it was hard to describe, creamy, flavorful amazing. I had the four cheese pasta bake. It was also incredibly flavorful and both portions were more than ample for us to get full. This is a quiet place where you can talk easily and have a great romantic meal if you feel like it, or just enjoy your meal while letting the stress of the day melt off like the butter on the bread. Well worth stopping in.

At Ellensburg Casta Co. you will be met by friendly staff that greet you. The staff will bring you freshly baked bread fresh garlic to spread on it which is delicious. The menu is nice sized but not overwhelming. They feature a gluten-free menu as well. The pasta sauce is a deep red and nice and thick and a little on the sweet side of sauces. The pasta is cooked perfectly. The parking is on the street as well.

Very good food! The Spicy Chipotle Fettuccine was excellent! The bread service was the best I’ve had yet. I love the addition of pressed garlic and pepper to the olive oil and balsamic. We now serve that at home with Italian dinners. The atmosphere is quaint and charming. Service was great! We will definitely be returning! I am looking forward to the Chicken Parmesan. It was ordered at our table and looked great!

Everything we had there was very good! I could not believe the brussel sprout appetizer. It could have been an entree. It was a very good size and very delicious! I had one half of the salmon salad which was very good with the balsamic dressing and my daughter had the lobster raviolis. Everything was very good and so was the service. Everything was clean and tidy as well.

We had a Wonderful Dinner Experience this evening at the Ellensburg Pasta Company. Eli was our server, he was Amazing. He was very attentive to our needs the whole entire time, always making sure we had water, etc. We ordered the spinach salad with pear, red onions and walnuts but we switched the Blue Cheese to Feta cheese to share for starters. Then my wife Kerri had the Creamy Chicken Pesto dish with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, broccoli, and penne. I had the Chicken Parmigiana dish, which was incredible. When we first got Sat, We really liked the minced Garlic in a small dish to dip our bread into, after we added oil & vinegar. We will be back very soon, even though it’s a 45min drive for us in Easton.

Atmosphere is bleh, looks like a previous car dealership. Wife ordered Hazelnut Espresso Martini, I ordered an ol’ fashion’. Ordered calamari appetizer. Wife ordered tri-color tortellini in marinara with meatballs, I ordered tri-colored tortellini in Alfredo with chicken.
Server brought out ‘almost’ sliced bread and a saucer with raw minced garlic. I had to ask for butter for the bead, server brought out the individual foil wrapped butter slices.
Server brought out our main dishes. Never received our drinks or appetizer after check-up visit from server so we canceled those.
Both dishes tasted like jar bought marinara and Alfredo. “Grilled” chicken appeared to the microwaved chicken. Wife’s meatballs were fine.
Server was friendly and apologetic. Our experience wasn’t consistent with the 4+ star reviews.

Long overdue for my time in Ellensburg. The Pasta Company is one of the premier spots to bring a date or just have a nice dinner, despite the bad parking, but. Past the atmosphere and well-dressed staff, much like most of Eburg restaurants recently, the food is lacking in quality and prep and overly priced. The ground beef in the meatballs and burger were maybe 60% beef and the rest was filler, the bread and pasta were mid quality at best. They try to cover it up with some garlic and herbs with cheap seed oils, but apparently forget to remove the paper separaters from the patties AND pre-sliced cheese when they serve it. Just go to Domino’s, it’s cheaper, tasty, and at least you know it’s not high quality stuff. In summary mid af.

Catering services by Pasta Co are wonderful! Bridget Tenge seamlessly coordinated a meal for 14 for me last week. The food (2 pasta dishes, salads, bread, apps) was delicious and reasonably priced. They provide clever non-flame warming gadgets with their meals. You should definitely pay the small fee for these as well. Bridget made everything easy – we’ll definitely be back!
