Dave is probably rolling in his grave. Wendy’s has really been going downhill the past few years, but tonight, the food was foul. The real question is, where’s the beef? I ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. When I opened the bag and unwrapped my sandwich, I was convinced they had given me a Kids Meal by accident. Nope, it wasn’t a Kids Meal….

Placed and online order at 11:20 to be picked up at noon. The dinning room was closed. The line for window was at least 15 cars long. Got there at 12:00 got my food at 12:54. The order was completely wrong. The manager was rude. And disrespectful. My lunch from work was over by then. All around horrible. Never ever go there again.

Whew, this drive thru is where gas mileage goes to die. It often takes 10-25 minutes to get your food, but as long as you check your order the food is good when it comes! I think they’re understaffed. Best wishes, lil Wendys.

My only complaint is I waited in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes. Is was lunch time so I understand a wait. I also think maybe they were under staffed. And I realize companies are struggling to get and keep employees since the pandemic . But the employees were very apologetic about my wait. I think alot of customers aren’t very understanding. We all should be a little kinder to those in the service industry. Being understaffed then dealing with rudeness isn’t fair to the employees who are there trying to do the best they can with the circumstances .

I went through the dive through, and was stoped mid way through my order. I waited about 8 minutes before they proceeded with my order, which was entered wrong adding a whole additional combo. Once that was corrected I waited another 10 minutes before I could move forward with what I thought was 3 cars a head of me. When I got to the window I was charged for and given the wrong order because the person a head of me took off because they had waited so long. It took another 5 minutes to consult about what to do. They finally decided not to worry about charging me the difference, and to let me have my order for the cost of the previous customers meal. Then the manager showed up and said that he needed to take it off and charge me for my oder. He had a hard time doing it and figuring what was going on. He later took the wrong order off my card, gave me my food and told me, “Have a nice day.” Then later had me waved down only to have me wait for someone to come outside to get my card to charge me. Later I discovered no fork or dressing for my salad, no sauce for my son’s nuggets, and only one straw. Not to mention my frosty was melted by the time I got it. They never even offered me anything for my time or trouble. I told the young lady who brought back my card to tell her manager that I would not be returning, and I meant every word. She said herself that she didn’t believe that I should be charged, and that it was her last week there. The worst service ever!

i came here and they had FECES down the hallway leading to the bathrooms. it was disgusting. one of the workers was rude and told us there were about to clean it up but we were there in the lobby waiting for our order for over 20 min. DISGUSTING. feces particles in the air and food.

One of the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to seemingly regardless of the time of day. Drive-Thru or inside, it doesn’t matter; you’re going to be waiting a long time. It’s also a roll of the dice if the food is going to be hot or made correctly. Very disappointing.

Not so slim shady at the counter wanted to throw attitude when I had to go inside to have my order fixed to match the recipient. I was literally the only customer in drivethru or instore and they cant get 1 sandwhich and a fry right. Garbage store with garbage management and employees. Girl at window was awesome though and she rang it up correctly. The rest are obviously failures that continue to do so.

Went to drive thro, drove away after bout 10 minutes, no one came to the speaker to order! Two cars ahead of me got waited on, dunno bout the two behind me cause I drove away. I think it was bout 9pm Sat. The one in front if me probably waited at least 15 min, cause she was still there after I pulled out! No such thing as “fast” food anymore, lol.
