This Wendy’s has decent food, but as usual when ownership changes hands it shows in how courteous the employees are. A night manager with longer hair made this visit worth the trip. I’ve been back a few more times, but haven’t seen him. I think he no longer works for Wendy’s.

If you want fast food this is not the place for you. 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and fries took 20 minutes. Service was NOT polite (wouldn’t say rude tho, to their credit). Definitely a management issue, tho the workers weren’t super polite you could tell it was because they were dealing with poor staffing, faulty equipment, and inventory.

Ordered for whole family. The MAIN reason I came was for a salad. After I’ve paid and driven there am told they’re out. I ask if I can sub it for another item. They say sure. But then ask me to pay more money? What happened to taking care of your customer? You don’t have stock and yet ask me to pay MORE for items I didn’t even want!?

For a late night crave I drove the 15 minutes to this Wendy’s and let me tell u , it was so worth it. It was after ten at night and not only was the customer service exceptional (thank you Ms. Lady with the orange hair at the drive thru) but my food was prepared so fast and it was so fresh , like so fresh that by time I drove the 15 minutes home to eat it, IT WAS still fresher then other Wendy’s that u eat right in their building…. Ten out of ten . I recommend passing other Wendy’s to come to this one

Order is incorrect or cold 75% of the time. Drive through workers are rude and get upset when you tell them your order was wrong. Not a big deal to make a mistake but make it right without an attitude. I had to repeat myself 5 times and still go the wrong stuff.
