Ordered food. Food was delivered to wrong address. Called store they said it would be remade and redelivered in 30 to 40 minutes. 1 hour later still no food. Called store they said it was put on my front porch, then we were told it was never remade. Manager said he’s got new people and they are busy. I was told that they were going to send it out.

Ordered pick up because it’s about a mile from the house and less expensive than delivery. It’s good pizza and the order was correct it’s just not GREAT pizza which is fine. I know what I’m ordering when I choose Domino’s so I give it a 5.

The driver got lost and couldn’t find my house. I called the store and they said that my address doesn’t exist. Too bad the house has been here for about 50 years. They cancelled my order. I guess I won’t be ordering from them again.

They forgot an item and I told the driver. The store called and I asked them to bring that item out to us. 3 hours later still nothing and I call to talk to the manager. First person was unapologetic and said it would be 10 minutes for the manager. After explaining I’ve been waiting three hours and put me on hold and about two minutes later the manager Tim answered. Tim was also unapologetic and just tried to offer a store credit to brush me off. I wanted my money back for the item, tip, and delivery since it was wrong but not the other items I got. Tim told me three times how busy they were during the conversation and didn’t seem to want to be on the phone. Tim not once apologized for the inconvenience but did state twice that “this is the first I’ve ever heard of this”. Hands down the worst customer service! I’ll be in tomorrow to be getting a full refund now since they are wasting my time!
