they half filled our large fries. we order a spicy chicken sandwich, which comes with mayo, lettuce , tomato etc. this sandwich came with cheese. we also ordered sauces and they said they were out but we only received 50 cent back. i am upset

Did a mobile order. Asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and they put them on there anyway. Called the number to speak to a manager and it’s a cell number. This is the number they put on everything (receipt, website, app, etc.) and of course it’s full and you can’t leave a message. I was already on the other side of town and couldn’t go back to the store. It’s ridiculous you ask for something in writing and they still don’t get it right. Then, you can’t even contact someone to try to get it right. Really bad service.

I love that it is a Wendys and Tim Hortons combined. Very convenient to minimize two stops for food and coffee. The bathrooms were not clean at all. There seemed to have been some kind of water leak coming from the men’s restroom. The women’s restroom really needed to be cleaned. They seemed to be understaffed on the Wendy’s side. The cashier was trying her best to take orders while also getting the order ready for both in person customers and food delivery services. The customer service was okay, the cashier was cordial but nothing special. The food was hot and tasted fine. My family loves Wendys and would prefer them over other fast food establishments. However, more often then not I am finding that many of their establishments are poorly staffed and maintained.

The only thing in my order that was correct were the fries and dipping cups. All three burgers were wrong. Missing ingredients. Everything was cold. I ordered in the mobile application for a drive thru pickup and was told I had to come inside.

Great service from the lady working on the baked cookies. They were busy so she jumped in to take our order and then she even got our drinks because the fountain in the lobby had only diet drinks and we really don’t like diet. Thank you.

SUPER SLOW SERVICE, consistently waiting 10-15 mins for food. I’d they dint have what you ordered through the app then you’re out of luck, you may be offered in my case a large frosty i almost $6 for a large fry or fountain drink, but not both. on top of that the food is either cold or on occasion very fresh. but there are almost always a mistake with my order.

Slow service. Food was OK. Wife noted to cashier that there was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. They said they didn’t have any and she could use the napkins. I am pretty sure this is a food service code violation. Never ever stopping there again. Should be reported.

Food was good and fresh, came for breakfast today. Fast service. Only complaint I have is I requested melted white cheese sauce and they gave me cheddar slice. Other than that I would definitely visit this establishment again IF the service is like this

It usually takes several minutes if not longer for them to even great you at the drive through. Then it takes even longer to actually get your food, even if you put your order in ahead of time with the app.
