The atmosphere was the only good thing about this place. Food was half cold, and mid. Service was worse. Bro looked like he was done with his job. No one came to take my order except when a kind lady noticed and let one guy know. Shoutout to her, she’s awesome. He came up to me with a sigh and said, may I take your order…?. Like, at least be positive man. The atmosphere was great though, and the baja blast was good. Seen better places out there

I almost never write negative reviews. The other day we came in to get an order remade. We had spoken to another manager about a week before coming in, she was very kind and seemed to want to help us get our food remade since our order was missing items and had incorrect ingredients (no big deal, it happens! she was very kind). We were out of town so never had the chance to come back in, but did when we got back home. When we came in, the manager was so disinterested and rude to us about the situation, she was even making fun of us right in front us and the staff… Ended up not being worth staying for the remake. I understand if it was beyond the time they could do the remake, but the manager didn’t come over to let us know that. Instead, she stayed in the kitchen area and talked over the cashier (who was great by the way, he was very understanding) meaning that we also had to talk over him, which felt so rude. Its not really about the food at all, it is more about how undeniably irritated the manager was, she really embarrassed me lol.

Would give no stars if I could, wouldn’t mind the 30 minute wait so much but how the heck did I get freezing cold food waiting for 30 minutes? In the drive through line none the less, with an order put in ahead of time, waiting at the window for at least 15 of those minutes. Not a single thing was warm. So confused on the wait if it was all ready made. Won’t be coming here ever again.

We’ve never had issues at this Taco Bell- until tonight. We ordered two bean burritos and three hard shall tacos. They didn’t ask if we wanted sauce, so I told the clerk we needed eight packets of fire sauce. She grabbed a handful and tossed them in the bag. Neither employee who waited on us smiled or thanked us.
When we got home, we found the burritos stuck to the wrapper- a portion of each pulled off when the wrapper was removed. All three tacos had cracked shells and were soggy at the bottom.
Guess we’ll try one of the other locations in town from now on.

Ordered a Mexican pizza combo, the tacos were fine but there was no sauce on the Mexican pizza. The flavor of taco bells tostada’s without the red sauce is hard to describe a mix between cleaning chemicals and cardboard. Won’t be eating taco bell again anytime soon.

Every time I go to this specific taco bell i ALWAYS leave in tears because of one specific manager. First she told me I wasn’t allowed to pick up food that my boyfriend had ordered for me that i waited OVER AN HOUR for and insisted he drove all the way from fruita to get it himself. I left in tears after being SCREAMED at for over an hour how she would not be giving me the food i paid for. After not going back for over a year I went to pick up food for my boss and because I refilled a drink i had got from there an hour before she would not give me the drinks I had paid for. She said I either paid for another large drink or left without it.This would not have happened at any other taco bell. When I called to talk to the manger she said she didn’t have a manger, when i asked for her name she would not give it to me. After looking at other reviews and seeing similar experiences I am almost positive this managers name is LINDA. 850 North ave taco bell. I don’t understand how A MANAGER can treat her customers so rudely. I should not be leaving in tears when i’m just trying to go get food. 0/10. Linda should be fired.

Went through the drive through 12/2/25, service was mid, person at the window hardly said anything to me. The worst part was the food. Ordered a 2 chalupa meal and the chalupa shells were so hard you couldn’t chew them. Like they had been sitting out for a couple of hours at least. This has happened way too many times, unacceptable.

Drive thru experience this afternoon, around 2ish. Not very busy, only one person ahead of me in drive thru. I got 2 hard tacos which came wet and soggy and inedible. 2 orders of nacho fries, which look like the below shriveled mess. A beefy five layer burrito which had lettuce and was like a short little stump of a real beefy 5 layer. And lastly, a cheese quesadilla with black hair inside. I ordered and paid for a large Baja blast with light ice, and I received no drink at all. Upon discovering the dire state of our lunch once we arrived home, we promptly contacted the store manager who refused to do anything even with the receipt in hand, unless we physically drive all the way back and provide the receipt in person. Management is supposed to resolve issues, not contribute to them. Clearly, this place needs a quality check and new management. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this experience at this location, it is the third. However, this time was the straw that broke the camels back. People make mistakes one time, maybe two, but three times is a standard that defines your business. DONT EAT HERE unless you want to get SICK. I wouldn’t trust it.

I’m sorry, but these people don’t deserve our business. They denied me water even though I was willing to pay. It was °105 outside, and I had to wait in the sun for 90 minutes. Human decency is a virtue when it comes to customer service. They should seek the new definition in Webster’s dictionary.
